A well oiled ship
I've been getting my prescription from Pharmazon for 6 months now and they're always very friendly, professional, efficient, with reliable time-slotted next day delivery. Never had any issues with Pharmazon. Plenty of issues with my prescribing clinician, but that's a separate organisation, so important not to lump the two in together.

I had a very positive experience with Pharmazon. When there was an issue in the past with a clinic not submitting a medication request correctly, their team was extremely responsive and helpful. They acted quickly, kept me informed, and helped resolve the situation efficiently. Their customer service was professional, understanding, and reassuring throughout the process. They're ALWAYS GREAT
They're ALWAYS GREAT, highly efficient. Their processing times are super fast and they go the extra mile for you. Being ADHD I can leave my script late or I may need it early because I'm going overseas on holiday etc and from consultation with my doctor they can take up to 4/5 working days to get the physical original script to Pharmazon (without this they cannot legally dispense in the UK), who in this time will have already confirmed with me my address, taken payment, prepared the package, arranged next day delivery with Royal Mail and telephonically chased my doctors up and kept me in the loop. I've seen a few reviews that moan about Royal Mail not waiting or being late - wrong company for that - hit up Royal Mail - if you don't enjoy drinking milk do you kick cows ? I'd HIGHLY recommend Pharmazon HomeCare to anyone, been using them since 2023 and they're super. Always at the end of the phone, there to offer you advice on anything regarding medication too and they're an NHS preferred provider so that too must say something :-)

I’ve had 3 experiences with this company. Everything went as expected. I received my medication via Royal Mail. I think the two-step process done over email - request to verify mailing address and payment link could be optimized to make it more seamless for customers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your experiences with us! Whilst our two-step process has been used for the last 6-7 years we do agree that there is room for improvement.
Over the last 2 years we have been working behind the scenes on an online platform called GoWello that will allow payment to be made at the same time as confirming your address, meaning it is all done in one swift movement!
The new system will also keep alternative addresses to be saved in the system making it even faster! It is very nearly finished and we are excited at the progress we have made so far.

Stellar service! An easy 5/5 stars!
I've been a customer for over six months now and have had both my private and NHS prescriptions delivered through Pharmazon Homecare. Everything, right from the ordering to the next-day delivery, as well as the responsiveness of their customer care, has been absolutely top-notch.
My last experience deserves a special mention – Alina, one of their staff members, went completely above and beyond. She was incredibly proactive in tracking my prescription and ensured the order was processed immediately so my meds arrived right on time because she knew I was running low. That level of genuine care made a huge difference. Exemplary service overall and I'd highly recommend them to friends and family.

Great personal service
Great service, always speedy and respond quickly and efficiently to any requests. I needed my medication quickly as I was going on holiday and forgot to order it early enough, the lady I spoke to was very nice and had my medication out on a pre-1pm delivery the next day!

I have received prescribed medication from Pharmazon over the past two years. Always delivered on time,with no problems. Several orders were delivered to other addresses I was staying at and the communication with Pharmazon to do this was brilliant. Their emails & payment system were easy to understand and complete. They definitely are one of the best companies out there!

Royal Mail Special Delivery Is Not Suitable for Time Sensitive Medication
The process was incredibly stressful. The driver attempted delivery and quickly left, which would normally mean waiting until the following day for re-delivery. With medication, especially over a bank holiday period, that delay can have a serious impact on people physically and mentally.
There is also no realistic collection option because many local depots are closed or have extremely limited opening hours. On top of that, there was no option for a neighbour to accept the parcel, despite the fact many people work during delivery hours and may not be home.
What made this more frustrating was that this delivery method was arranged without consultation. Patients should at least be given the opportunity to choose a delivery method that works around work commitments or access needs.
The only reason I received my medication was because I literally had to run down the road and around the corner to find the driver and ask him to hand over the parcel. Thankfully he recognised us and kindly agreed, but this will not always be the case for other people.
When people are relying on important medication, the delivery process needs to be more practical, accessible and patient-focused. Unfortunately, despite the stress involved, I have no choice but to continue using the service because it is fixed through my prescriber.
