They were absolutely the worst to work…
They were absolutely the worst to work with from top to bottom. the latest problem was that I discovered that they had gone in a changed things in my Voip settings and as a result, my voice mail system was not working. absolutely nothing about the customer experinace has been enjoyable and productive. an absolute waste of time and money.

Straight up crooks
Straight up crooks. Trap and bill the client is how they work. The auto renew for 36 months…even when I had cancelled it wasn’t within the 30 days before renewal timeline. So just when I thought I was clear of these guys…boom billed for 3 years more.
Contract termination
There was promise of rotating recordings seasonally, did not happen. Real problem was when I advised that I didn't want to renew they immediately terminated my contract and charged me the balance owing through the end of the contract, months in advance. I've been advised my account has moved to the credit care team - even though ALL payments have been made timely
Great creativity and service
Great creativity in creating our signature sound logo for our on hold message and easy to work with for updates throughout the year. Very professional work...they take your business to another level!
Bailey went above and beyond — truly proactive service!
We've been working with PHMG for our auto-attendant setup and on-hold marketing productions, and the experience has been fantastic. Buyer Beware
Their strongest feature appears to be the contract itself, particularly the part where it renews indefinitely, seemingly without notice. While the agreement states that notifications will be provided, that was not our experience; instead, we were informed that notifying customers isn’t feasible due to their volume.
When recordings are available, the quality leaves much to be desired. Use caution when enrolled in autodraft, as billing amounts change unpredictably, making consistent budgeting difficult. Communication is also quite selective; contact tends to occur primarily in the weeks leading up to a payment due date, and is otherwise notably absent. Additionally, most of their positive reviews suspiciously seem to follow a script.

BEWARE!
BEWARE!! Local sales rep Bryan Hartzell came to my office, made a pitch, advised I'd need 48 hours to review and decide. Offered the phone service at 30-50% off the original offer, accepted the offer. I was handed an internal form with subscription acronyms and ACH. While filling out the guy behind me proceeds to tell me the actual terms and conditions (3 year contract +). He was in my office for over an hour but the actual pitch and form filling lasted 3 minutes and he was out the door so fast. I went back to my desk and sent written cancellation and by. Bryan Hartzell responded same day and told me essentially it was out of his hands, that the corporate team would review and decide if they would release me from the contract. Since I've received nonstop calls from multiple people throughout the organization. Today, 4/29/2026 I received a call asking why I cancelled (implying my cancellation was completed) only to advise the call had been recorded and would be escalated to a corporate team to determine if I will be released from their terms. What terms? The local AZ rep Bryan Hartzell didn't present terms until the last 60 seconds in my office, folded a terms sheet stuffed inside a logo box. I cancelled within a few minutes and you'd think this was a major corporate deal. The shakedown here is crazy. If you're not aware what PHMG does, they provide jingles for your office/business phone.
