This is a scam rogue company. I have been asking a refund of £69 deposit for 3 weeks because they did not to do the service. They do not reply either emails, messages or phone calls. Be careful it is a scam company

I paid nearly 600 for 1 replacement key as told same day service
It took 5 days by which I had found my key
Despite asking politely for a potential small refund as not as promised but although the customer service person agreed with me I have not despite many messages heard back. Terrible service I incurred exposes as key not replaced for 5 days. Never use them always shop around as it isn’t the service promised for the cost.

I was in a bit of a panic when I got in touch on Saturday morning after losing my car key on Friday night while visiting a friend in Brighton, leaving me stranded.

The customer service team I spoke to by phone and WhatsApp were incredibly helpful. They were transparent about the pricing from the start and very patient while I weighed up my options.

The locksmith arrived around four hours after I first made contact, which I thought was very reasonable for a same-day Saturday appointment. I was advised the job could take up to 1.5 hours, but Daniel managed to get everything sorted in just over an hour, saving me a lot of stress and hassle.

Thank you very much for your excellent service and for getting me back on the road and home safely. Highly recommended when in a sticky situation!

After an incredibly difficult week for my family, I honestly cannot thank Kelly enough for the help and kindness she showed us today.

My parents have unfortunately had two vehicles stolen this week. Thankfully, we were able to recover one of their cars today, but the thieves still have another key and know their address, so I called to find out what we could do about changing the door lock and ignition barrel.

Kelly patiently talked me through the options and explained that we could instead have the key reprogrammed and the stolen key deleted from the vehicle. She made everything incredibly clear and was patient, compassionate and genuinely kind throughout the call.

She may have felt that she was “just doing her job”, but after the week we have had, the way she dealt with us meant far more than she probably realised. Her professionalism was excellent, but it was her kindness and empathy that really stood out.

Kelly is an absolute asset to the organisation and deserves recognition for the service she provides. If there is any kind of employee recognition or reward programme, I sincerely hope she is considered for it.

Had struggles with my key not starting my car - believe it was the key, the lady on phone Roxanne was very helpful understood my problems and informed me it was my ignition barrel . I took trust in her and indeed it was, the lovely man came out within 3 hours and had it fixed and got me back on road. Couldn’t thank this company enough- will highly recommend. They saved my holiday!

We have been saving hard all year for a holiday in Cornwall, on Monday we packed car up and was about to set off when I realised my key wasn't working. I called around a few places and they were either expensive or too busy. Roxy took my call and handled everything like a pro, Locksmith (john I think) was out and we were on our way! Thanks to all at Phoenix you saved our holiday and 2 very happy children :-)
