It was great having the pieces sized ready for cutting. I thought I'd made a mistake in my measurements when I received only 1 roll. Was delighted when I worked out why.

10/10 from start to finish .... brilliant company and product
My experience with Photowall has been 10 out of 10 from start to finish. Their product and customer service is exemplary. Firstly the product ... absolutely brilliant quality, what a room changer, so so happy with it. Customer service from Lovely was the best I have ever experienced. Delivery was lightning fast and so well packaged. We will be sending many new customers your way i'm sure. Thank you for everything Photowall. Oh, and we were first time wallpaper installers and a bit daunted at the beginning. Photowall provided great instructions and gave us such a professional result. Looking forward to doing the next wall.

I dont like how the scale of the wallpaper changes
I dont like how the scale of the wall paper changes for different dimensions. Should remain consistent as we were unable to properly order wallpaper as we wanted. Also my order was incomplete and items were missed when delivered. I am still waiting for the missed items to arrive

Respuesta de PHOTOWALL
Hi Adem, thank you for your review.
I'm sorry to hear that the scale of the mural didn’t meet your expectations.
Regarding the scale of the wallpaper, our murals are custom-made to fit the exact dimensions entered on the website. This means the design is automatically adjusted to fill the full wall size, which can sometimes result in changes to the visible scale of the pattern.
Please know that you can always order a printed sample before placing your full order. This will give you an idea of what the wallpaper quality would look and feels like up close.
We’re also very sorry to hear that your order was delivered incomplete. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
I can see that you have been in contact with customer service about this order. Feel free to make a follow-up if you have any further questions.
Again, thank you for taking the time to share your review, and have a nice day.
Best regards,
James
