Ordered Birkenstock 15 days ago didn't arrive mo message mo ipdate chased abd requested cancellation and refund, order cancelled and refund requested still waiting 6 days, promise to refund bit nothing seems lotboeople having sane issue awful DO MOT BUY

So very disappointing and unfair. Pimali you should be ashamed. I ordered oiled leather Birkenstocks with a delivery timescale of 7 - 10 days. After 3 weeks I contacted customer service to check on my order and was told there was a delay. Two weeks later and still no shoes so I requested a refund which was agreed. No reimbursement. Last week they delivered a pair of fake shoes in man made material. They have promised a refund but still nothing. Today, I have written to Trading Standards, reported the company on their platform and will take my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman. Pimali you are deliberately misleading consumers and you should be shown up for your misrepresentation. I will not stop until I am repaid and appropriate action is taken against your company.

SCAM please see that everyone’s experience is exactly the same. It took ages for the order to arrive, which is not the same as the one placed, customer service says the same email over and over again about awaiting a different team for the refund. I had to raise a chargeback from my bank, I wish I never ordered from them and now I am awaiting shipping back cost to be returned as there is no way I was falling for their trick of keeping it and we will refund you

If only I had read all these reviews before I placed my order, I could just copy and paste my experience from everyone elses reviews, I am still disputing and the issue is with my bank to try and recover the refund, 5 weeks on, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM

Unfortunately there wasn't a zero star option so I had to give one. I ordered some 'Birkenstock' sandals which turned up the wrong size and said Birkfnstock on the buckle. Fair play initially as they said there's no point returning them (shows how cheap they must be) and offered me a refund. That was 1 month ago. I have chased and chased and all they keep saying is it was processed and they would need to contact their management team to find out what's happened. ONE MONTH! Surely a phone call taking 5 minutes should have been enough. I very much doubt I will see my money again so I would avoid dealing with this company at all (mostly yours) costs

Be very careful before ordering from Pimali. I placed an order 20 days ago and have still not received my order or my refund. My issue has not been resolved, and the communication has been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I feel that customers should be extremely cautious and think carefully before placing orders with this company

This company are 100% fraudsters. Same experience as other customers, told I’d be refunded the £55 then complete silence. Shout it from the rooftops, post on every social media site available, this company is fake and will steal your money guaranteed!!

They got my original order wrong so I activated a refund of £62.92. They initiated a refund on 3rd August but despite their 10 day return promise, I still haven't received my money back after despite promises and apologies from customer services that they will escalate my complaint.
Customer services are always very apologetic and have replied always to my emails - but I believe that is part of their MO to fobb you off and make you think they are dealing with your complaints.

this company, they are scamming people, I bought Birkenstocks for 60, they sent me not the same shoes at all and ordinary shoes that cost 5 pounds, now I have been writing for a while when the refund will be, every day they say they will contact some team and transfer it. It's been 10 days and there is no money

Company advertising Leather Oiled Habana Arizonas for £60 online. Ordered size 9 / 43. Received size 9.5 / 44 and not leather, but birko flor, a synthetic material..so wrong size and wrong material. Was mysteriously sent a pair of similar looking sandals as a gift, made in Korea with no toe grips. A while later, I received an e mail saying they had sent the wrong Birkenstocks due to a mix up and they would dispatch the right ones. Since then, I've had no courier info so presume they are not coming and the whole process appears designed. I will update this review if they ever arrive. UPDATE..Company dispatched another pair.. size 9 which is correct but again, in Birko Flor synthetic material, not oiled leather as advertised.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Initial ordering process went smoothly and quickly went downhill from there. Tracking of delivery was poor and the item never turned up after two weeks despite chasing a few times to be told it was on route. Was eventually told the wrong item had been sent in error and to keep the wrong one, despite that never having turned up. Was offered a full refund which would take 3-5 working days to land in my account. 6 days later still no refund despite chasing again. Have now raised a dispute with my bank to try and recover the money as the phone number on their website also doesn't work!

I bought a pair of Toe-post cork Footbed Sandals a couple of weeks ago. They are so comfortable and I have been wearing them every day in the heatwave. They arrived reasonably quickly and I have been very satisfied with the service received. Thank you

Please do not buy from this website. I had the same experience as a previous review where they send a message saying mix up in the warehouse. I purchased what I thought were Birkenstock sandals when I eventually got them they were called RUIZUSTOCK what the hell are these at £59.99. They send an email saying that if you require a refund click a link but it’s not a working link. This company is a total SCAM so don’t waste your money

I am truly disappointed with the poor service that I have received from this company.
The website states that the Birkenstock sandals are authentic, but this is not the case.
I received the package was damaged and without any boxes. You can clearly see that they are counterfeit.

I received an email to say like many that there was a mix up with the order and it would be replaced with the original order. This has not happened and I have therefore requested a full refund. I hope that the company will return my money in full with immediate effect.

There is no excuse that is acceptable for this company’s deception.

I placed an order for Arizona Birkenstock sandals. Great price, great delivery and amazing customer support communication. The sandals are as comfortable as possible. I wasn't understanding the hype, but now I do. Will definitely buy again from Pimali.

Same experience as other people on here. Awaiting a reply from customer service for a £55 pair of poor knock offs which I assume I have now lost. The website says genuine Birkenstocks, please don’t order from them.

Updated: I have heard from the retailer and await the refund. I chose not to wait for a replacement as I would like to have the product sooner as have already waited 11 days for delivery.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstock Gizeh sandals for £54 from Pimali, apparently in a sale. I did look them up first and they had a phone number for UK and fairly good overview on Google.
When my order arrived it was poorly packaged, no shoe box (first red flag). The items are poor quality replicas with a made up name inside!! I sent an email to Pimali straight away by email to explain I wanted to return the goods for full refund. I had no response so I tried to call them on the number shown on their website but no such number (second red flag). I have sent another email but despite the website saying 30 day no quibble returns I have a bad feeling that this is a SCAM site!!
