I'm so impressed. Communication was great with Phil at Pinecut4you from our first call, we had an urgent need for fast delivery due to a very time sensitive project- which they understood and went above and beyond to meet. The website is extremely user friendly, which made the experience considerably more positive and why we didn't opt for a more local business. Wood was beautifully prepared, accurately cut and very carefully wrapped and packaged. Courtesy calls to update us too. Will be using again very soon.

Needed 3 large pine boards for a job, spoke to Phil, placed the order through their website and he made sure I had them onsite when needed.

The pine sheets were just what I wanted. The wood was flat and not warped which is what I was worried about. Quck and easy to order, would highly recommend.

Service was very good, being kept informed as to the order status. Order arrived, and was good quality timber, and was very well packed. Only downside, was a mistake made on the width dimension, so the shelves ordered were too wide! Would certainly use again.
