So far they seem to be on point explaining the processes etc, i haven’t had to claim yet so i cant confidently say anything about it!

Not a simple or happy experience
In my case the claims process turned out to be difficult to use as it seemingly relies on having a garage that is happy to work with this company to provide all the details they ask for. I could not find a garage willing to do so despite a couple of months searching (I have a Landrover which limited the garages that were willing to take on the work), so I had to do all the work to get the information and pass it on.
Despite providing the information requested my claim was rejected on a process technicality as they state I provided the information in the wrong order. When I questioned this the response focussed on process over customer experience. I also asked if i could get a partial refund on my policy as it did not appear I would ever be able to actually claim on it but they stated this was not possible
I have complained to them but almost a month later I am still waiting for them to acknowledge the complaint let alone address it. Very disappointed and out of pocket for a repair job I could have done myself and saved myself some money. Plus stuck with a policy I have doubts I would be able to claim on

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the outcome of the claim assessment.
Unfortunately, it is a breach of the warranty terms and conditions for any repairs to be carried out on the vehicle prior to our engineering departments assessment.
If you were having trouble locating a VAT registered garage, we just needed to be notified and our claims department would have happily assisted you.
We can only apologise if our complaints department are yet to come back to you. This will be escalated and reviewed.
Due to the repairs being carried out on the vehicle, we are unable to consider the repairs completed. Whilst we appreciate this is not the answer you were looking to obtain; this is stated within the warranty terms and conditions.

Excellent Pinnacle Warranties.
Recently purchased a used vehicle which had to go back to the dealer twice after mechanical faults. Pinnacle Warranties dealt with the repairs quickly and efficiently and without any quibble or fuss on both occasions. Pinnacle telephone contact was always pleasant and polite. Would highly recommend.
