Plants arrived in excellent condition with the well made container. I bought this after moving house and having to leave my previous plants behind. My husband also loves these plants. Well done, plants2gardens 👍

Both trough and plants were well packaged and it was GREAT VALUE at the reduced price. Plants are growing on well. Plants 2 Gardens do offer very good offers and value for money.

Purchased a trough with 3 Fuchias only 2 are any good ( 1 arrived wilted and drooping) and still is ,don't look like it's going to recover... therefore only 3 out of 5 stars.

My second purchase and all was not well. Magnolia shrub was very leggy and leaves were sparse and covered in black/brown spots. I emailed the co. and politely advised them of my concerns with the shrub and asked them what I could do to help it. I also attached a supporting photo of it. After 2 weeks of no response I emailed them again. Another 2 weeks has passed and still no response. Their customer service is shocking. I am also a QVC customer and they sell on there too but I will never buy from them again. I buy lots of trees, plants and shrubs as I have a large garden, back to Crocus who have a wonderful customer service. You cannot treat customers this way.

In my opinion this is by far the number one company to go to for your plants. Every plant that I have purchased has come in well eco friendly materials. Good quality products and ready to put into your planters or into your garden. Each plant comes with a comprehensive fact sheet giving you all you need for your ongoing plant care, and if you purchase 2 of the same plants on your order they will even do their best to match them up. Absolutely flawless in every way.

It would be helpful if plants2garden notify customers when plants are dispatched. I know you use Yodel and their delivery service is very efficient but it would still be good to know when to expect the plants. Also when plants ordered are delayed due to weather affecting sufficient growth it would be appreciated if customers are informed of the delayed dispatch date. After weeks of the stated dispatch date on the website had passed, I had to contact plants2garden to find out the situation regarding my order as I've not heard anything. Also in April this year I ordered a 2 litre pot rubeckia goldstrum. It came in a hugh tall box and I had a most unpleasant surprise on opening it. The plant inside the 2 litre pot was no bigger than a 50p piece with a only few leaves and they are 1cm in size and it cost appx £14, free p&p. I contacted the company and was assured that the plant will develop. It did EVENTUALLY but I didn't expect that from plants2garden as I've bought a lot of plants from them for quite a few years and they have always been to expectation.

So pleased with the quality of the plants when they arrived. Very well packaged. Everything the grower says they will do go above and beyond.

I bought peony plant for £35 back in March. Within a week some shoots started to die. I emailed them - had to chase for a response - to be told give it time it will recover and new shoots will appear. Well, it didn’t and the plant got worse. Emailed them again 25 May and still no response at the time of posting this. Absolute dreadful service, no resolution and I paid a lot of money for a plant that is virtually dead
Update: I have since had a response and been given a refund

Re my posting 4 days ago the boss rang me to discuss situation.They have refunded me and explained that the plant was from a very large reputable plant breeder who issued the plant passport and everyone including me is waiting for the plant to flower ,buds are there but it looks like a few weeks wait before we can take more photos when it is in bloom.
We understand that the plant was supplied in good faith by Plants2gardens and can only be identified when it blooms.the refund was dealt with immediately.

Always great service and also great quality no matter what you buy from plants to plant food and planters.
