Spoke to a lady called Kerry who helped me with a issue I had she explained the problem and resolved this by offering an alternative which arrived as always in excellent condition and plants in tip top condition as normal. Thank you team here is to me ordering many more plants

Weeks between order and delivery.
I had to chase them several to find out where it was, and even then I struggled to get a response from them. Promised delivery times were not met.
I've given 2 stars rather than 1 as the plant was in good condition.

I have bought a lot of shrubs and perennials from P2G and every one of them has been fantastic. Well packaged and healthy plants. Ordered some shrubs which arrived well packaged so were in good condition and a decent size.

Change your courier they are unreliable

Delivery was fine although took longer than expected. Hollyhocks a lot smaller than expected and lots of brown edges on leaves , digitalis lots of broken leaves at root end, altogether not as good as other suppliers I have used this year hope they do better when planted tomorrow by my gardener , I will get his comments and let you know 😊 thank you

Finally received order thrown on my doorstep a couple of them had wilted not a happy customer

Didn't receive my order. Have messaged company to enquire what is happening but as yet no response. Shop app shows item still waiting to ship. Not pleased with service or lack of response. Would not use again and definitely not recommended unfortunately.
