Wishing to proceed, a self addressed insured postage pack was sent out to me. Once Platinum Buyer received my item by return the next day, they confirmed their original offer and funds were received to my bank account promptly. The process was seamless from start to finish and communications were exceptional. I checked this company on Trustpilot and saw that it had several good reviews before deciding to proceed. I have to say that I am disappointed. I knew the price at which my jewellery should be valued as Platinum Trader display on their website what they offer per gram for each precious metal. I weighed everything prior to sending and was shocked by the low offer so I was then offered a higher amount which still fell far short so I explained that I knew what the offer actually should be and sent a message showing how I'd worked out the total price. Unsurprisingly, I was then offered that very amount. I also had to chase up the payment into my bank account, even though they advertise immediate settlement. I would be very careful if you decide to sell your jewellery to Platinum Trader.
