Quick purchase and delivered the same day,I ordered again yesterday ☺️

Gave me a broken product and then decided to give me a gift card when i asked for a refund, thje product i bought with the gift card was later discovered to be a cheap aliexpress model worth 60% less

This item was ordered on 5 February I think and its only 50 miles away from me. A one hour car journey.
Instead i find that although it arrived in Northern Ireland on 6 Feb it was sent back to Dublin for international shipping.
It's now somewhere in GB awaiting shipping so god knows when I'll get it.
This is totally unacceptable. 😥
