Hi Just checked your last order. It was placed Wednesday after pickup so was picked up Thursday and it will be delivered today the driver has it. I think to give a 1 star for this is a little harsh no?

damaged usb cable pin
speed of purchasing , speed of delivery excellent - I've purchased previously and was delighted with service and product , however this time around I was happy with service and speed of delivery but the product we purchsed this time around was damaged - the connecting pin "the usb cable and the insertion pin was bent and damaged" however I did manage to mend it but not sure if it will hold.

Customer service is atrocious. Ringing the cork number and tallaght number numerous times the last few days, just ringing out. Emailed them...no reply back and sent them message on their message chat few days ago also no response. Very frustrating 😡 nothing in my spam and I rang throughout the day can send screenshot of my call log .

I'd say if you check your spam you will see a load of responses. I actually replied to one myself yesterday. Just to be clear to return an unopened item you first need to fill in the returns form on playblue.ie/returns
Also our phones numbers are only manned during shop open times.

You are right we don't sell poppers because it is against the law. I'm sorry this annoys you, make sure to talk to politicians who come to your door next time to change it. I'm sure there are other less reputable places you can purchase poppers but again we do not sell poppers.
Would you give Boots a 1-Star rating because they refuse to sell you heroin? Mad...
