i called yesterday lunch time. said the issue, was told someone would be at mine at 4pm. 5 15pm no one still here, i called back sorry he wont be coming out now. i said the issue i had , there was no isolation valves, it was an emergency. complete liars, waste of time. please DO NOT CALL THESE EVER.

I agree that this is a very shady operation. over £180 for 10 minutes work to fix a tiny leak, and didn't even look at the other problem we requested. Avoid. And if, despite all the 1 star trustpilot reviews, you do still choose to use them, make sure you check if their quote includes or excludes vat.
Don't expect an invoice, even if you ask for one and it is promised. Do expect mysterious and unexplained "parts" to be added to your bill.
If you try to call them to clarify the charges, do expect to be placed on hold for an hour waiting to speak to "the customer service department", and don't expect "customer services" to do anything.

Over £600 for a non urgent call out to change a tap !!

£165 for a call "Inspection" that did not include any time on site. This is a call out fee and a very high one.

This is a scam operated by an independent call operating system.

No plumber arrived on Saturday. No plumber arrived on Monday. Company is a total waste of space. Don't trust the TrustPilot reviews on their page.

Fake trustpilot review i had a drain blockage problem i called someone costed me 250£, 2 weeks later the same problem happened again, which mean what they have done was useless. And also they only spent less than an hour and still costed me that much money. I will never use this service again. Disappointed 

Had an emergency, they said they'd get someone to me in 3 hours. 3 hours later they phone to cancel and say they can't make it for another 2 days meaning I'd wasted 3 hours and had to find an alternative.

My concern is that on their website it shows they are rated excellent on Trustpilot when that is clearly not the case. Had them booked for Friday when they did not arrive I called only to be told they had lost my booking on there system. They said they would come Saturday morning after 3 phone calls they eventually admitted they did not have anyone in the area so I just cancelled with them - would not use again and would definitely not recommend

Booked a plumber for a certain time block in MK and missed work.
Plumber didn’t show.
No call.
Called them and was told “we can’t reach him but we will let you know”.
Plumber calls about 2 hours after with a story and says he’ll be on the way.
An visibly elderly man comes in, fixes nothing, and worst part makes predatory remarks (subtly asking her age ) towards my 18yr old daughter (who even looks much younger) who was pointing out things while I was in a meeting but observing through the cameras. He then proceeded to ask her to join his TikTok live streams . She tried to get him back on course and he then opens his TikTok page which clearly says “over 18’s only” and says he does live streams.. scrolls down to subtly show his not so appropriate content.
I text her to let him leave and he then asks her if she wants to follow him to buy parts!!!!!
This guy is UNSAFE.
I report by calling and the person on the phone was indifferent, unapologetic and clearly did not believe me.
Be careful who you send into peoples homes.
thankfully I was home, my child is mature and wise and safe.
However, this man wants defend his inappropriate behaviour please ask him WHY HE FELT THE NEED TO DISCUSS HIS RANDY TIKTOK PAGE & what that had to do with fixing radiators!!

Called for a plumber to fix broken heating system on 15 Nov. 2024 and was given a one-hour timeframe for that evening (6-7pm).
They called me back at 6pm to delay the visit to the next morning (between 9am and noon). I called the next morning to check the status and was told that "to be honest, a plumber won't be coming as there are none in your area." They also stated that there wouldn't be any in our area in the future either. They didn't have the decency to call me with that information, and didn't seem to care.
Note: Their website claims "Rated Excellent on Trustpilot", showing 4.5 stars, but their service on this occasion was extremely poor.
