I had the worst experience in my life. Sebstain was the man responsible for
the removal team. He was arrogant, aggressive, abusive and rejected to answer basic of question of handling my items. He kept on asking to give him the money more 10x non stop before we discussed anything. He did not listen or replied to my concerns and basic questions. He also intimidated me to pay the parking charge and called me a child and kept saying he is not going waste his money, he threatened me to walk away with £195 from if I rejected this without doing any job. He was obsessed with money and treated me as like flies or even worse. Finally the guys removed our items were good but their manager Sebastian was the worst person; never you money your to him until he answers your questions to have reciprocal conversation. Never use them

The delivery was where the issues started. They wanted to do it late on the day we arrived, at about 4pm, even though we had a reservation for the day after we drove in. We expressed our concern that the same individuals that drove the truck up with a 2am start time would start so late. We gave in after hearing a speech about how much faster deliveries were.

The relocation took eight hours, starting at 4.30 p.m. and ending at 12.30 a.m., which is also how long the uplift took. Despite their commitment, they failed to assemble our intricate gaslift bed at uplift. They neglected to give us something, so they came back around 1:30 am. Over the past several hours, they

Don't be sucked in by the good reviews and claims of good service. We had a bad experience that still hasn't been resolved 3 1/2 months later.

Our removal was interstate from NSW to QLD, moving a 3 bed flat and garage to a 3-storey house. The uplift took 8 hours.

The problems began with the delivery. Even though we had a booking for the day after we drove up, they wanted to do it late afternoon on the day we arrived at around 4pm. We said we were concerned about beginning so late, and being done by the same people who drove the truck up with a 2am start. We were lectured about how deliveries were far quicker, so we gave in.

The move started at 4.30pm and finished at 12.30am, meaning it took 8 hours, which was the same time the uplift took. They promised to put our complex gaslift bed together at uplift, but didn't. Then they returned at 1.30am as they'd forgotten to give us something. During the last few hours they were dumping boxes anywhere, causing us more work as we had to move things again.

We discovered 5 damaged items, including our newish wooden bed frame (3 1/2 years old), a small kitchen machine and stainless steel garage fridge (3 1/2 years old). We decided to only claim for the first two items. After constant emails and phone calls by us they replaced the kitchen item land eventually agreed to fix the bed which was chipped in a number of places (note, one mark was already there, they others they caused). But despite promising hey would by the end of August, they haven't, and are no longer responding to my emails.

I DO NOT recommend them.

Terry and his team are more than just removal men, Our purchase fell through due to legal stuff and at 9pm the night before we were panicking and were up the creek, until we spoke to him, Terry organised our storage, got us a better rate, brought 2 vehicles, 1 for storage and the other for our temporary home. His team performed to the same standard as Terry, and when we did move in, him and his team were perfect. they even walked outside and away from the house when smoking, a small thing but shows the attention to detail he passes down to the team. From the start, customer service have been faultless. On day of the move, the team arrived on time and were polite and friendly. Nothing was to much for them. Made our moving day a lot less stressful.

We were with delighted with the work done by Trevor, Fabio, Octavian and Aurelian (Jakob). The packing was all superb, the attention to what we wanted brilliant and everything was done in such a professional manner, taking all of the stress out of it for us.

I can’t thank Safe Removals enough for the job they did, which was absolutely superb and helped us massively with moving into our new house.

Safe Removals were quick to respond to my initial enquiry. They were available at short notice. Contact with them was easy and they were very responsive to my emails. We used them to move from an office in London to one in York. They packed up all of our belongings which took them around an hour and then drove them up to York and happily unloaded everything quickly and efficiently. They did offer to unpack the boxes on arrival at York but this was not required by us. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

Great communication and service from the office team and the moving team could not be better, this is my best moving experience I have ever had and I would recommend this team to anyone who is moving.
