Plumbflex Opiniones

My order arrived promptly even though Plumbflex had to rearrange the courier service to facilitate it. Very pleased indeed!

No complaints. Items were exactly as described and expected. Despatch was quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

Wrong item supplied. The company doesn't reply to emails and hasn't answered the phone in two days.

Right price and delivered promptly.
Genuine quality ratchet cutters supplied not cheap knockoffs, cannot fault.

Avoid avoid avoid. This company do not reply to any messages. I emailed them twice and left a voice message asking to return an item and they refuse to respond. Awful customer service

Slow delivery, didn't answer emails

The advert showed that the items were brown which is is what I wanted If they can’t provide the they should offer me money back

Easy to order and have delivered to my address well packaged.

You stocked the required product and delivered it in a timely way.

Only used once but all good & will use again if needed!

I placed an order on 6th June and received it in the 12th. It was missing an item. None of the phone numbers for Plumbflex work. I've emailed them over half a dozen times chasing it up with zero response. It is now early July so I'll have to reclaim the money via my credit card company. Terrible customer service.

The item purchased was Silverline Toilet Auger. This was very good value for money. It arrived on time. Item was packaged correctly. I will definitely purchase items in the future.

Fair price and quick delivery, all together brilliant.

Good service

DO NOT USE.

Placed an order towards the end of March and I still haven't received the order. It is now middle of May. 3 emails sent, but I haven't had a reply! The phone number given does not work. Please do avoid! Beginning to think this is a scam site?!

Sold me a defective product, tried to get in contact to get it warrantied but none of the contact details provided were legitimate. Had to go through the product’s manufacturer, who persisted at the company for months to warranty my product, in order to obtain a refund. Not necessarily a scam as I still received my product, and later my refund, in the end, but considering all the contact info is bogus, I think it’s fair to say something’s going on

I ordered a set of spanners from this store a few weeks ago, but I have never received them. The store keeps insisting that the items were delivered, however neither I nor anyone at my property has received them.
I have contacted the store multiple times asking them to properly investigate the issue, but I keep getting the same response that the items were delivered, with no real effort to resolve the problem.
This is extremely frustrating and shows a lack of responsibility and customer care. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this store.

They sent me the wrong item

Excellent product. Easy to install. Saves a fortune on bottled water.
