Useless item. Not fit for purpose.
I ordered a Portland toilet roll holder. When it arrived it was damaged. I was willing to overlook that as I thought that most of the damage would be concealed on fitting. However, the holder is constructed in such a way that it is impossible to get a firm attachment to the wall. The company have not commented on the damage or fault and have only told me that I must pay the postage to return the item. Extremely poor customer service. I'll never use this company again.

Order cancelled
I ordered and paid for an expensive tool, and they have then taken a week to send a brief email to say it's out of stock and they've cancelled my order. No offer of any solution, or to source the item elsewhere. I have pointed out to them that they have a legal obligation to supply the item as per the purchase contract, and given them a chance to respond before leaving this review, but they haven't responded. I have been out of pocket £1000 for a week and a half now and still no refund. Avoid!

Excellent seller. There were issues with DPD which I reported to Plumbflex and they responded quickly and got the matter resolved, and then followed up to make sure that I had received the item. Great communication throughout.
