My order arrived promptly even though Plumbflex had to rearrange the courier service to facilitate it. Very pleased indeed!

Pleased with the service and item.
For the item I was after, Plumbflex had it for sale at the least expensive price. Some slight issues with the courier & delivery (the courier's fault), but Plumbflex responded to my concerns in good time.
Pleased with the service and item.

The wrong items sent as the part number…
THe wrong items sent as the part number was not the part shown on the web. Have sent a mail with pictures and require an exchange for the correct item.
Update 29/12/22- the point about the incorrect item being sent was not the fault of the vendor. On checking the paperwork it was apparent that the wrong item was selected.
I have therefore having been in direct contact with the supplier advised them that all I require is an Exchange, which they are willing to provide - they have offered a full refund on return of the items I ordered in error. Excellent Service I would suggest.

Respuesta de Plumbflex
Hi Water,
I am sorry about that, however, I invite you to review your order because as per our records you did order the product part number 901121 and as per your confirmation you did receive the product that you ordered. Our website has the correct part number.
I understand you ordered the wrong one for your system but it is not our fault.
We still can return the product and we will process the refund for you.
Best regards
Plumbflex

I have been ringing for the last two days, it rings but cuts off after a few minutes. I also checked their term and conditions. It states that any undelivered items should be inquired directly to the courier company and not themselves. The only positive is their prices are cheaper that the others.
