Arrived quickly and just as described
Arrived quickly and just as described. No problem with the actual goods but it website did say delivery was free. I went to order goods but delivery was £45! So I reduced my order but delivery was still £15 (due to the weight of goods I guess). But website was a bit misleading.

No one picking the phone or replying to the emails. Next day delivery order not delivered yet after 1 week. Reading the other reviews, probably a long wait ahead. Terrible, terrible service.

Great service for large item delivery!
Great service for what is a large and heavy item (50kg softener salt). Usually order my salt online and more often than not it is damaged, but this was very well packaged (best I’ve seen) and arrived very quickly. Will definitely use again.

The order took an age to arrive because they use EVRI to deliver. It then transpired they had sent the wrong product, the 3486 (Sievert blow torch handle with no trigger) instead of the 3488 - with trigger. So I now have to post this back at my own expense before they will despatch the correct product which will no doubt take yet another nine days to arrive. So job on hold for 3 weeks +.
