My order arrived promptly even though Plumbflex had to rearrange the courier service to facilitate it. Very pleased indeed!

Price inconsistency.
Salt 25kg online price was (and still is,18/10/24) £12.99. Went to buy at the shop, price had mysteriously increased to £17.99. No price check or explanation offered, so first and last visit to this dodgy outfit.
Edit: Ok, I'll accept it was a genuine mistake. Thanks for taking the trouble to reply.

Dear Geoff,
Thank you very much for coming to our shop. We apologise, but by mistake you were given the price including shipping, but when we went to tell you, you had already left and so we couldn't explain it to you.
We hope to see you again.
Regards,
Plumbflex team

It took 3 weeks for Plumflex to dispatch my goods and I needed to extensively chase them for the order. I actually questioned if they was a genuine business.
Edit: due to Plumflex reply to this review.
I am appalled by thier reply! It did not arrive 1 day after expected. Why would they outright lie like this. Delivery was expected Wednesday, 4 Sept–Friday, 6 Sept and the replacement order arrived on the 11 of September! I wouldn't have received anything if I had not have pestered them.

Hi Edward, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. We reviewed the tracking information and see that your order was delivered only 1 business day after the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, we have limited control over the process once the courier has picked up the parcels.

Plumbflex team
Very good all the way round
Extremely quick delivery, which was free, and the items were also at a good price arriving in good protective packaging. I wish I had known about this shop before,
