My order arrived promptly even though Plumbflex had to rearrange the courier service to facilitate it. Very pleased indeed!

My items took 7 days to deliver
My items took 7 days to deliver, even though I got charged £4 for postage.
The items were not delivered to the home owner as stated, but thrown over my fence.
I found the package soaking wet and sodden, thankfully the items were not affected.

delivered took too long
Items received but delivered took too long. I placed my order on Saturday and paid extra for ‘express delivery’. It wasn’t delivered until the following Thursday. Nobody picks up the phone and my email was only answered after the product was sent.
Everything received in good condition though but they won’t be my first choice in the future.

Bad service indeed
we received our ordered in a shocking condition that our salt tablets bag had a hole and taped up with duct tape. I sent a note to the customer that they didn't bother to reply. don't think will ever order anything ever again as this standard is the worst.
