Be careful!
Be careful - They will not accept returns after 14 days (even if unopened). This is no use at all if your plumber is delayed (in this case over Christmas) and you don’t start work and spot that the parts are incorrect in time. Yes I know its in the small print but in future I’ll keep to suppliers who I know are generally reasonable.

Excellent communications. I had a non-emergency job that I requested help with and the whole process of contacting the company in the first instance through to completion of the task was done in one day. Head office kept me informed of the engineer’s time of arrival and that he had been delayed at the previous job. When he arrived he completed the job efficiently and cheerfully within the hour. Definitely recommend this company.
