Every now and then a small business comes along and does exactly what you expect of them - bravo team Plymouth Sparky.
I even enjoyed paying the Invoice ....and that is as rare as a White Christmas !!

Called Chris at 2.30pm to ask whether he could attend to an electrical fault for one of our tenants - I mentioned that he was an older chap and it might be a wiring issue so it was quite urgent. Chris attended within 20 minutes of my call, he assessed the situation, called to update me and then completed the works quickly and, according to my tenant, very efficiently and with a 'smile on his face' - highly recommend and I will definitely be using Plymouth Sparky again in the future.

Great local company. Dave the sparky was professional with great communication. Moved a light switch for me. Tidied up and filled and made good all the holes. Very reasonable. Would thoroughly recommend

I had Paul abs Orin in to complete two days of works. Very friendly chaps and had no problem in my mind leaving them in the house while I went to work. Great service and advice

The guys came out to my house at fairly short notice to help move a building project forward.
They were polite, efficient and professional and I'll definitely be using them again. They left everything tidy and explained what needed to be done clearly.

I can highly recommend Plymouth Sparky. Quick response to our request and a reasonable cost. The team were friendly, professional and very tidy. They also came up with great solutions/suggestions to some unexpected issues that cropped up.

Really unhappy with the organization of this company. Told in advance that some very minor work as a tenant from Manager yet 4 hours later guys still at my property. This wouldn’t be an issue if we didn’t have 4 children in the house. Three under threes with no heating etc. Youngest child is 3 months old so it’s important to keep the house warm. First sparky was very polite Hannah. The guy we have now in the house in my opinion seems like a tyrant to his apprentice and still no idea when we can get the electric back on. Extremely poor communication all round and 3 children who are cold who are confined to a single room. Very surprised to see that all reviews are positive Langley crescent 08/04/2022 please don’t try to have the review moved as this is a true reflection of the service we have received and are still receiving. Last note to make. If your guys are working in a house with young children please try to keep swearing in conversation to you colleagues to zero

Fitted some pendant lights for me on a tall ceiling. Very friendly and efficient service. Good communication from booking until completion. I can highly recommend.

Not only did Hannah do thr job quickly and efficiently, she was happy and nice to my dog.

Had Hannah here today from the Plymouth Sparky Team to fix some electrical wall sockets for me. All different issues with them but all making me worry about how safe they were. Hannah was friendly, polite and respectful of my home. A bright and confident young women who fixed all the problems and I can now plug things in without fear of electricuting myself. She was efficient and diligent. She had a card payment system so I didn't need to get any cash out. I was working from home today and at times I forgot she was here. She was mindful of my needs for some electricity and the need for WiFi. A very positive experience. I'm going to get her back to install a new ceiling light for me in the future. Thankyou. Highly recommended.
