Cracking team of 3 arrived on time, this morning, understood every task required and got on with the task in hand.
Always polite, and answered every question that was asked of them.
Also they loved our little Jack Russell, who enjoyed having them here.
Clean and tidy with an enthusiastic great work attitude.
Top tip always have biscuits in your house 😁👍

Chris came to discuss the job who is very friendly, polite and clearly knows his business.
We then had the pleasure of Paul and Hannah who came to carry out the work.

I needed quick help for a tenant and Plymouth Sparky helped out quickly.

Service was prompt, competitively priced and first class in every respect. Both electricians and the the apprentice carrying out the work arrived on time, never stopped working whilst they were there, they were friendly and answered any questions asked by me and clearly know what they are doing. David Prout, Director visited, asked some pointed questions of the staff, who clearly had the right answers.
I have worked in construction all of my working life and contractors often have a justified bad reputation, not this one! Plymouth Sparky’s are a shining light of how it should be done.

We had Paul from Plymouth Sparky out to do the first and second fix of our garage conversion.

Paul was brilliant on both occasions. He was prompt with his arrival in the mornings, answered any queries in an informative and understanding fashion, and very importantly he sought clarification from us in order to complete the work to our satisfaction.

He was absolutely amazing with our dog, as she can be very wary of new people in our home, barking for prolonged periods until she becomes more comfortable around them.
Paul gave her treats and lots of affection and within minutes she had a new friend, so much so she greeted him at the door on his second visit.

On the second visit Paul was accompanied by an apprentice (I’m really sorry but I’ve forgotten his name) who was very polite and also brilliant with our dog.

Throughout I’ve had contact with Chris, be it via email, text or phone. I found his replies to be swift, and he was always approachable and helpful which was great.

We are really pleased with the overall service provided, and will be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks again for all your work.

I had Paul, Ben and Sheridan in today to install a new fuse box and test all my sockets etc. What a lovely team all very polite and friendly, explaining what was happening and making sure everything was safe. It was a pleasure to hear Paul and Sheridan explaining things to apprentice Ben and I am sure he has learned a lot today. Keep up the good work all of you, and many thanks, Pamela Taylor.

One word “Fantastic”
The team recently fitted a 32amp outside box for our new spa, full days work.
They were professional from start to finish they came and priced the job. The job cost exactly what was quoted although they ended up staying longer than first expected.
Paul and Sheridan arrived timely to complete the job. Paul and Sheridan were respectful and amazing, for instance, we have a nervous one year old dog both recognised the need to take 10 minutes to settle him as they came into our home.
Then although they were here to do our electrics noticed a gas odour, before I could even register anything, the gas board were here to sort the leak and they waited patiently whilst it was sorted “they reassured us and were happy to wait, importantly not making us feel guilty about their time, stating “our safety was paramount”. Once the leak was sorted they carried on with their role. The task was completed professionally updating us throughout on what they had done even teaching my granddaughter a little bit about electrics (safety) as her great grandad was a electrician so she was interested.
It’s hard to put into words just how confident we felt commissioning this team. They completed the job 3 days ago and I have already recommended them to 5 people. It’s been a long time since I have felt this confident with a team of professionals in my home. Job has been completed at a 5 star level.

Great service from Plymouth Sparky. Chris was quick to respond, review work and to book the work in. The work was done on the day & time agree by Paul & Dan and Chris visited to check work. Extra time was taken to track done a possible fault that wasn't part of the work. Fault was found and rectified at no extra cost. All very friendly & helpful. Thank you.
