Excellent service from policy expert they dealt with my claim very efficiently and very quickly

My experience was very stressful as it was all online and this does not account for older people like us who find modern technology difficult to understand.
We eventually spoke to a human being and they sorted it out immediately.

Completing the portal claim form took 2 1/2 hours at one point l was left on hold for 32 mins with no one coming back to me.
There was an error on the form, caused by a software update I was told. Communication on the portal was not always clear and it took several hours between each messsge.
My claim was eventually settled but I will not renew my policy with Policy Express. I will search for a company that uses telephone communications not online forms

Just had Joe and his able colleague to assess our house after a flood. They were extremely professional, checked and explained everything. It's very apparent they know what they are doing. They advised all was ok and we didn't need any work. Personally I'm just happy to have an expert tell me that and I don't need to worry. My claim was dealt with in a very efficient and helpful manner. My outdoor lift which is a lifeline was restored to its former use and payment made quickly . Would recommend Polict Expert to friends and family

Having not made a household insurance claim (approx 20 years ago) in forever all I can say is the services and responses have been absolutely first class.
Submitted my claim on the 4/11/26 and was offered a settlement for a new replacement minus the excess the following day.

Following a very unfortunate event we found ourselves having to make a claim on our contents insurance. Not something we like to do. However, the cost to self repair or replace was just to significant. The process was very easy, all completed online. I do prefer to speak to someone but this is the way the world is now. Easy to upload photos and message. They kept me informed throughout and my damaged item was quickly assessed and replaced as per my policy guidelines.

Really efficient service. My claim was resolved and agreed payment received within 2 weeks. They then recovered my policy excess so that I was not out of pocket at all.

You were all brilliant from beginning to end both the insurance company and the lads that did the job no complaints whatsoever, thank you all very much. I have never claimed for anything before and therefore was particularly surprised when it was all accepted approved and carried out in such a small space of time.
