Policy Expert were very supportive and…
Policy Expert were very supportive and offered several solutions to resolve my claim.
The staff were very informed and most helpful. The system used for tracking the claim was very useful.
However I did find the contractors Policy Expert used not to be particularly competent in their administration which caused me a great deal of stress.

Excellent Service-Highly Recommended
I recently had to make a claim with Policy Expert after my mobile phone was stolen, and I have to say the whole experience has been excellent.
From submitting my claim to receiving a settlement offer, everything was handled professionally, efficiently and with very little hassle. The online claims process was straightforward, communication was clear, and the team kept me informed throughout.
A special thank you to Lauren for her helpful and professional communication.
What impressed me most was how quickly my claim was reviewed and the fair settlement I was offered. It's reassuring to know that when something unfortunate happens, your insurance company is there to support you.
Thank you to everyone at Policy Expert for making a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.

Ryan attended the urgent callout within hours of being notified and organised his team for the first available slot once Policy Expert confirmed the work. But on the down side only interior was covered from rain coming in as no storm damage outside even though leaked through to kitchen .

was extremely pleased with the service I received during yesterday’s visit. The gentleman was very friendly, polite and professional throughout. He took the time to thoroughly assess the damage and explained everything in great detail, including what work would be required and how the whole process would work. He was very knowledgeable, reassuring and happy to answer any questions I had. He made what has been a very stressful situation feel much easier to deal with.
