Aged 39, getting life insurance for the first time. No husband or kids but if the worst were to happen to me I would like to know that my parents would be ok after some financial difficulties over the years. I spoke to Simon Strange. He was super efficient, straight to the point but in a kind and compassionate way. I emailed him back and forth a bit to check how much other lump sum payments would change the monthly amount paid. Very quick replies. We talked through what I thought would suit me/my loved ones best and came to an agreement/monthly payment that I am happy with. Also happy with the payout amounts, again if the worst were to happen. Happy to recommend Polly and Simon.

I was contacted today by James Green after asking for a quote online. James was a breath of fresh air to speak to, he didn't try to make me take the most expensive option and instead gave me a few options and was all about getting a price that wouldn't put any financial pressure on me. He explained everything in detail and made the process easy instead of overwhelming. I would definitely recommend, I came away with a price and cover that suited me perfectly and a nice overall experience.

We need life insurance and I was interested in Polly, however after completing an online form I received a call straight after and advised I wasn’t available. The agent was pushy and wanted to know a time they could call back. I said 3 times I will contact them. Before I could say bye they hung up on me. I then received another call 5 minutes later from a different number and I explained the call id just received and told them to remove me from their calling list as I found it very disrespectful. They were very short with me. Very very pushy! I am assuming they get commission!
