I purchased a gas pool heater last week, and it was delivered well packed and safe, just the next day. It was commissioned yesterday and so far so good. Cannot ask for more. Thank you.

I purchased a pool pump that was not…
I purchased a pool pump that was not fit for purpose and did not work. Tubing separated during use and so started a return within 30 days of purchasing the item. Customer service were difficult, refused to cover return costs and upon returning the item, will not respond to my email requests when I ask when I can expect a refund.

It was not a pool pump. It was a £29 pool vacuum with no moving parts. The product is fit for purpose but not suitable for your pool. You returned it and we refunded you.

It was easy to order
It was easy to order, and arrived quickly, have only fitted heater but should work ok as last one was made by same firm Elecro and lasted 16 years

I've been using this company for many years for Pool Chemicals - A Nirvana Pool Heater (2014), new pumps and a cover plus many other bits and bobs. Yes there are cheaper places out there to get your stuff, but these guys are really good at what they do and the advice is first class. If they can help you out they will, and that's what makes me keep coming back. Jason is also a bit of a legend with his advice and assistance.
