Easy to contact, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The problem with my very prompt delivery was quickly solved, and replacement parts arrived the following day. I will go to Poolstore for any future pool needs without hesitation.It’s so rare nowadays to phone a company and get an immediate response without a palaver!

A 5kg tub of chlorine shock granules spilt its contents inside an outer carton containing other items. The chemical contaminated the delivery drivers van, caused a mess that we had to clear up and a lot of the chemical was wasted. I emailed Poolstore to complain and explain that the tamper evident lid was not fastened correctly - in which case they may wish to check the remainder of the batch to avoid it happening to anyone else - and would you believe it, they haven’t even replied. This isn’t just poor customer service, it’s a H&S issue.

Following a recent failure of the water connector socket on my Nirvana Heat Pump, that I originally purchased from Pool Store in 2021, I was extremely pleased with the level of customer support provided to me by Jason and his team to source a replacement part. Whilst the manufacturer of the product dragged their heels in supplying a spare, Jason found me the relevant part within a week and not only sent that through but also included the parts I needed to recreate the joint between the bypass system and the heat pump.

From the level of support he provided when I was building my pool, to the excellent customer service this time round, I can only say that Jason is a star and that Pool Store remains the first place I go when looking for pool related items.

Excellent service as usual and better price than the competition. DHL were a bit of a muddle and took a long time to deliver.

I’ve used Poolstore for a number of years, they’ve always been helpful and efficient.. Website is easy when ordering and delivery is prompt..
As with everything it seems, the prices on chemicals have increased significantly..And with energy prices the way they are, it’s becoming increasingly challenging running a domestic pool..
Having said that, Poolstore are still a great company to supply all swimming pool requirements..

Cannot fault the goods and the delivery service is first class.

I ordered a replacement dehumidifier which arrived promptly. However, there had been some changes at the manufacturers end so whilst it was the same product it was branded differently and did not come with a remote. I sent an email to them over the weekend and called them Monday morning (no holding and spoke to a real person), they were already on it and had everything resolved by midday (thank you Jason). The remote was delivered the day after. Great service.
