Went to Uxbridge today for some advice and adjustments to my glasses.

Pop specs are definitely disrupting the market however I'm not convinced it's for everyone particularly you have a strong prescription it's not saving on much. I don't believe they have any aftercare if something goes wrong with the glasses I returned to Lakeside after my glasses had bent. Initially I was told nothing could be done before they assisted to bend them back. The same glasses have now fallen apart at one arm through no fault of my own. They quite literally fell of from my face. I would use them again but a bit apprehensive. They win on the sheer convenience of getting them in 20mins. I'm just not sure. High street stores do better aftercare I think.

I visited the Livingston branch at 4 pm in a panic. My only pair of glasses had broken and I needed an old pair reglazed.The guy who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic. So friendly and helpful, as was the lady who worked there. Reglazed my glasses in 15 minutes and did a fantastic job. Could not recommend highly enough

Bought my 1st pair of glasses from the Livingston branch. Plenty of choice and value of money. The staff are so friendly and explained how there service works. I would recommend pop specs. I will definitely be buying another pair. Lynne ☺️

Great selection of frames but the lens quality and customer service are very poor.

Really friendly team. If you are not satisfied with the lenses, they would continue until you are fully satisfied.

They have lovely frames for everyone. Even though I said I had too many frames, ..........each time I went to pick up my glasses, I picked up another until I decided I couldn't go on like this.

What a find! Fell across Pop Specs in Uxbridge last week. Just what I've been looking for for years. Lots of very different and colourful frames, Frankly, it puts the high street opticians to shame. Not only the big price tag but the frames are so boring. I was so excited to find Pop Specs , I think I tried on every frame in several cabinets. All the staff (Lana & Dan in particular) were friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect frames for my new sun glasses. Picked them up today and I love them already. Would highly recommend the service and I can't wait to get a new prescription and go back for new funky frames. Thank you guys - I will definitely be back.

We had been recommended by a friend but our experience today at the Borough outlet was not great.
We arrived and the shop was closed (back in 5minutes) which is understandable as all staff need to pop out. Thirty minutes later the staff member arrived. After the initial welcome we had no contact at all as she and her friend were busy chatting and eating their snacks, which smelt lovely.
My wife & I were keen to buy a couple of pairs of new spectacles each, but unfortunately if the staff are other wise engaged and not able to assist customers we will take our custom to one of their many competitors.
Such a shame 😞

Great service today at Silverburn Glasgow branch from Soumaya and Rotem. Lovely new reading glasses ready in 20 mins and Soumaya was so helpful she even tightened up the legs on my other reading glasses which were not bought from them! All for £75, total bargain and fab service. Highly recommend

Delighted with the service at Manchester Arndale Centre. I needed a pair of spectacles urgently as I had lost my others. The staff member who served me was clearly experienced and knowledgeable in their field. I received assistance to choose a frame and the glasses were made while I waited. Once I tried them to check the vision they were adjusted and cleaned, all for £95 (£20 for thinning lens). Whoever started the business has clearly spotted a gap in the market and good for them. I would not hesitate to buy more from my local branch. I am very happy with the specs.

I gave Pop Specs in Cardiff my prescription for varifocals and 5 days later my new glasses were ready. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the glasses are excellent. I'm so pleased that I went with them, and for a fraction of the cost anywhere else.

Saw this bright cheerful shop and same for the staff.take as long as you wish trying on, no hard sell. My husband and I bought a pair of varifocals arrived within days and all was great. 5 star review for this new concept hope it goes from strength to strength.

This is such a good idea! I bought a pair of glasses last month from the Newcastle branch in Eldon Square. Excellent service from your staff member (didn't catch his name, he has dark hair and beard). Absolutely faultless and will definitely use again.

I needed a repair on my specks
Stephen carried this out free of charge even though I never bought the specks from pop-specks,
I will return to pop specks with my new eye test prescription as the specks are fantastic lovely range of colours and choices I was amazed, old specks out pop- specks in from now on

So pleased to have found a company at last that supplies great specs at affordable prices! I cannot afford designer specs, however this company has a brilliant range that knocks spots off the other high street opticians. So much cheaper, so much more choice! I chose new frames, handed over my prescription and returned in half an hour to find a fabulous pair of specs ready and waiting. No week long delay and no £240 bill. To cap it all, the staff were amazing!! Friendly not pushy, informed and not stand offish, just genuinely wanted to help. Added bonus, I received really helpful information that explained an issue I’d had with my eyes. The shop was easy to access - no doors! - and I felt it does what it says on the tin only better. I’ll definitely buy again and would recommend the Leeds store to anyone. Nis was very approachable and pleasant, she put me at ease and made the whole experience enjoyable and not at all stressful. Fantastic service!

Thank you to Sharon at POPSPECS White Rose, Leeds, for all her help and advice in choosing a stylish pair of spectacles, she was knowledgeable and extremely courteous at all times and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. My own optician in Halifax unfortunately provided me with an incomplete/inaccurate prescription which created a problem for me but Sharon was very understanding and provided me with a number of options which enabled me to make the right choice under the circumstances.
