Great customer service and I love their selection of product

I would give them zero if I could. I ordered spiral candy from them which came all stuck together in a ball, but according to them I couldn’t get a refund because it was ‘supposedly’ still edible. It was just a clump of melted rock which was totally inedible and NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. Absolutely disgusting company. I will never buy from them again.

I’m about to cry writing this review from tears of happiness! My teenage daughter and I don’t watch a lot of the same tv now but we have been watching and enjoying Poppin. Candy ,of all things in this digital age, I decided to get her an order for Christmas. I was an American “curse word.” just because but the team was so cordial and polite even though they did nothing wrong. And I thank them so much for that. When her gift arrived she was so shocked and surprised on how her package was created for her, she felt like a person and not just a number! Thank you Poppin People for the awesome product! My nephew even enjoyed the way it was created so I will definitely be purchasing again!! Thanks so much team!!

Some of what I ordered was good, I spent about $70-80. However, two of the sour/gummy candy I bought was hard as a rock. It tasted years old. I also ordered a coffee chocolate bar from them that came as a powder. The chocolate was so old it wasn’t even a candy bar anymore. It was a package full of literal chocolate wafer powder.

Wonderful customer service!! I wasn’t receiving any emails regarding my order. I emailed the company and was answered very quickly and the issue was resolved!! Thank you!!

I placed an order that was held up or redirected by customs. As soon as I reached out, I received a quick response. They had already sent my purchase a second time with expedited shipping upon receiving my email. Working with customer service was a delightful experience . I loved the colorful packaging as well. This is the only place I could find a candy my deceased husband loved and I am so grateful.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, it is always a pleasure speaking with Tess; very polite, attentive and bubbly! any assortments or adjustments I needed made to any of my orders over the past year have been done with no issues. You can tell they truly care about their customers and product as it shows., with Experiencing other companies and being disappointed, nothing compares to Poppin candy especially with their reasonable shipping prices I always resort back to them. Very happy to have found a reliable source of good, authentic people and products:)

I paid $125 cad to them and waited over a week to get my order shipped. Sadly after reading other people's reviews of items not being shipped for 1 to 2 months and terrible quality goods I can say without a doubt that I'm canceling my order and demanding a full refund. This is horrible. I will never use there service again.

Company tried to cheat their way through customs. Ending with the parcel being rejected. Sending items they knew were banned in Europe but are accepting payment for anyway.

Did not receive my candy. $40 worth with shipping. They've been stringing me along for a month and supposedly it’s delivered but it’s not. Disputing the charge with my bank. Will never order from them again. So pissed.

Needed to amend my order and it was done within 24 hours with no issue. I definitely recommend reaching out to anyone who has issues with the items they chose or if they want to add on to their order. Overall, great customer service experience!

I live in the US and the shipping is so fast i ordered my first candy bag on November 7th and it came exactly a week later. WOW. Customer service is also amazing I accidentally put the wrong address and emailed them to change it and they responded very quickly.

My order got lost on the way to my house, they shipped out a new order and upgraded the shipping for no cost!!! Thank you so much Poppin Candy!

Spent £15 on some cereal for my wife. A week after I ordered it they emailed me to say it went out of date in October but they were happy to send it still and offered me a 50% refund. I accepted and have received the cereal but no refund and no responses to emails. After this review went up they suddenly emailed me issuing the refund and asked me to remove the review which I'm not going to do but will say the person who emailed me was very helpful and gave me a 70% refund.

So after I placed my order I had realized the address saved was my old address, so I quickly sent them an email hoping they would respond. I received an auto generated email saying they will get back to me if it's urgent, and thankfully they did. I explained my address needed to be updated, and they immediately did it for me. I appreciate it so much.

The customer service at Poppin Candy is friendly and fast. They helped me so quickly with my inquiry. I cannot wait to get my candy!

Please please buy from them they are an amazing company that actually cares. I ordered a package last night and emailed inquiring about how long it would take as it was meant to be a Christmas present and they got back to me that same night saying that my package would be expedited without me even asking. It was shipped out A MERE HOURS AFTER I ORDERED 🥺. I want to thank them and the customer service representative I spoke to. Am genuinely emotional I love them sm

I love poppin candy! They have such a large range of candies to pick from! I accidentally got the wrong candies for one of my platters and the poppin team were absolutly amazing and positive! Helped me out very quickly. Thank you heaps guys and have a blessed day!
