I put my address wrong and reported it and they quickly answered me correcting my error they are very fast and I had already ordered before everything arrived in good condition and very good everything here waiting for my new order waiting to try those delicious sweets.

The address on my order was incorrect, but I emailed immediately upon realising the issue. I'm pleased to say that it was resolved in no time. I really appreciate the swift help with this!

Ordered some freeze dried candy, haven't received it yet. No communication at all. Save youre money and use an alternative competitor.

GREAT and kind customer service, and the candy is so special and delicious - I can't find anything like it in the US. Shipping and Processing are very long, and if that were quick, they would likely have a lifelong customer. That is the only reason I can't give 5 stars. I ordered a bag of BUBS mix as a Christmas gift back in early November, but it didn't arrive until late Jan. so that was a bummer, but everything else was great.

Candy tasted old and stale and was hard to eat.

Shipment arrived to the United States very quickly. The soft and chewy candies are delicious especially the Bubs.

Recently ordered on here as I liked the fact they do loads of different sweets. Had £40s worth arrive but was really disappointed. Me and my husband barely ate any as we didn’t like the taste, and a lot of them tasted stale / old.
First and last time using this company, we’ve used other online pick n mix companies before which are much nicer and cheaper.

Got two pick n' mix options from here - one 1kg bag and one bowl, and both arrived really promptly and well packaged. Haven't gotten through it all yet, but from what I have had (I ordered gummies mostly, no chocolate or anything) it's really soft and fresh. They taste great! They really do fill the bag/bowl right to the top, so you don't feel like you're getting scammed at all

The choices for the pick and mix options are crazy (in a good way), pages full of interesting things to pick from, a lot from different places too. A lot of them were sweets I've never seen before

Absolutely recommend this store, and I'll probably be coming back at some point to try out some other stuff! :)

Was a bit wary of this company as I’d never heard of them before and the fact that a lot of the good reviews were from people who seem to adore their TikTok page I had to take those with a pinch of salt. That being said they exceeded my expectations. Quick delivery everything was packed so well and incredibly reasonably shipping costs. Definitely coming back again for more

I haven't received my order yet, but the customer service I did receive makes this a 5 star experience. My shipping address was wrong (completely my fault) so I quickly emailed them and asked if they could change it. They responded so fast and took care of the problem for me so quickly! Definitely will be buying again just because of that. Thank you!

After my 6th order, I feel compelled to write a review! As a US customer, my orders always take a few weeks to arrive, but it’s well worth it. The candy is always fresh and packaged well!
This last order, I forgot to enter a promo discount code. So, I emailed customer service and within a day, I received a reply AND a refund of the discount amount that I would have received on my order.
Customer service is always polite, but this time I was pleasantly surprised!
