Sweets are nice but delivery was a bit slow.
Refered by a friend ended up buying on first 10 minuts.
Got referred by my best friend to the website, and he told me it's trusted. He orders monsters to try them out, and I have to admit I got a good experience on it, first purchase 10% off as well, and I spent about 23 and gave a tip on the site as well. I will admit it was good and earned 196 points. This is good, 10/10 would recommend.

I have not received the candy yet, but I did send an email asking where my candy was and the customer service was on point. I received an email the same day I sent it and customer service was very polite and helpful. Ill be back to review the actual products.

I have been ordering from this company for a little over 2 years. They truly run an amazing candy business and all the staff and owners are absolutely amazing! The customer service is top tier and you can tell they trurly care that you have a good experience. If you’re thinking about making an order to Poppin Candy you should definitely do it! I ordered two of the same candy by mistake. I sent a email explaining my mistake, and they responded within just a few hours! They were so polite to swap one of them for a flavor I hadn’t tried yet! We loved their service and will definitely be ordering from them again! You should too!

Stale Sweets and Appalling Customer Service – Avoid
I ordered some Norwegian sweets from Poppin Candy that I’ve had many times before (thankfully from other merchants), so I know exactly what they’re meant to be like (soft, fresh and chewy). What arrived was the complete opposite. The sweets were rock hard, stale and brittle, as if they’d been sitting on a shelf for months.
I contacted customer service straight away, expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was completely brushed off. I asked to return the item but was then completely ignored. Absolute silence. No follow-up, no attempt to resolve the issue, and no accountability whatsoever.
In the end I had no choice but to request a chargeback because their customer service was so poor. A business that sells food products should at the very least stand behind the quality of what they send out, and Poppin Candy clearly doesn’t.
Terrible product, terrible service, and a complete waste of time. I would give less than one star if it were possible. Steer well clear.
*It's interesting to see them respond to the negative reviews here but not their emails. Just shows where their priorities are*

Easy to order and reasonable shipping for ordering out of the country. My son ordered and was very pleased. He loved the candy! I also gave it a try and it was very good. 10 out of 10
Customer service is great
Customer service is great. As for the long shipping times- it is VERY CLEARLY STATED that if shipping internationally it takes much longer, and that is out of their control. US Customs specifically are very strict and slow. I'm in no rush to receive the candy- but I am super excited to try it :D they most certainly do respond to emails, and I was given some pretty great recommendations as well! It's a small family business so it just takes a bit to get through the mass of emails they get- even then I got a response within a day, and the second time within a week. They're very on top of it and friendly. Anyways, can't wait to try! :)
Edit: my package came in march 7th, and I absolutely loved it! It’s already gone. I liked all but one of the 8 I picked, but it just wasn’t a flavor I liked. I definitely will order again, best candy I’ve had in a long time. Totally worth the wait!!
False advertisment and waste of time.
I'm a norwegian who ordered them from their website, The candies I got took about almost a month to come, had to pay at least 47 dollars/35 pounds tariff when getting the package at the place it was delivered and on top of that, I didn't get the candy I wanted, so I wasted plenty of money to get the wrong ones.
The candy I ordered were Haribo Miami Fizz (1kg) which I ordered simply two of them, there are two versions of the candy to my understanding, one with the complete rainbow colors (red, yellow, green and blue) which is the one I wanted, but instead I got the one that's (red, yellow, green and orange) that I didn't want. So I was falsely advertised and got the wrong product.
So I'm not pleased with my order whatsoever, and it'll be the last time I'll order from here, unfortunately.

When one of the candies was out of stock, I received in email from the poppin candy team. Sophie was friendly, polite, and offered solutions quickly. Great service!
