I had great customer service from Sophie! I emailed poppin candy about a small little issue from my side (no fault of theirs). I forgot to use my discount code at checkout, and thought maybe I could ask for a possible solution. Sophie responded quickly and efficiently and she was able to help me solve this with no issues! I really appreciated her help, I barely had to wait, she made sure to get it sorted for me as soon as she received my email. I’m a first time buyer, I’m excited to receive my order and to try it!

AVOID POPPIN! If you live in the US, order nationally & locally. This company sends old, stale, off smelling & tasting product. Some inaccurate items were sent. We were gaslit. Customer service is atrocious, if it exists, at all. We were promised credits we never received. POPPIN is a show & tell robot run clown company. POPPIN could not care less about customers. We will be reporting to all better business bureaus. LEGIT SCAMMERS. BTW *We did cancel the singular chargeback and were met with being totally “ghosted.” No vouchers. No further communication. Zero. Nothing. The complaints about this company are far x wide. Shop nationally x locally. USA all day.

I've shopped many times on Poppin Candy and never had a bad experience. The items are well priced and always sent quickly. They're also absolutely delicious. If there ever has been an issue, the customer service team are very quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I love the fact they're expanding their ranges and it's great discovering different sweets, drinks, cakes and savoury snacks from around the world.

Ordered multiple times from Poppin Candy and have NEVER been disappointed. Timely delivery and exceeded all expectations with great tasting gummies. They go above & beyond on their socials which in my opinion goes to show how consistent their attention to detail goes into each & every order. Would highly recommend.

Ordered something back in january that never turned up. Tried to contact them at the time via email. Recieved an auto reply that i'd get a reply soon but recieving high volume so would be a bit later than usual.
No response after a month so tried again, got a curt email back stating order had been delivered.
I explained that the order had been delivered to the wrong address by the courier.
I never got a reply which was incredibly dissapointing, particularly as it pertained to an order that was not delivered.
Customer service less than helpful and at the end of the day left me with an order that was not fulfilled.

The support and kindness of staffs were lovely. Since it’s a foreign ec website from my location, at first I was worried that my offer would not be accepted. I was really amazed by their response and help. Thank you so much.

I placed an order a week ago that just came in. I had been thinking about placing another custom order and decided to do it last night. Well when I placed the order I’m not sure what happened because I ended up ordering all the same custom items as before. I emailed them and they responded in less than 24 hours and let me cancel the order and place the new order for the custom candies and even gave me the discount I had on the wrong order. Thank you Sophie for all your help!! This is actually my third order and it is always so delicious

I have placed 2 orders with this company. The product (candy) arrives packaged nicely and fresh when the bags are open. Their customer service is quick, friendly and able to help. Thank you for being a great company to buy from!! They will continue to get my business.

Poppin Candy is awesome! I have placed several orders shipped all the way to Australia and most of them have had no issues at all, the couple of problems that I have had were resolved in 1-2 business days even with the time difference. Sophie is always super helpful and friendly! Shipping to Australia is very expensive (because it's literally the other side of the world) but it's totally worth it to try all different rare and interesting sweeties from around the world. They even put a handwritten note in my last order for my birthday which was lovely! I 1000% recommend Poppin Candy, the quality and range of products is fantastic and the customer service is great! 😊

Ordered the Bubs Swedish Platter..OMG, they are awesome ! Good mix and top quality, now my no 1 favourite. Delivery decent as well. Can’t wait to try something else….or do I just get more Bubs lol

AVOID!!!! I ordered Pop Tarts from this place and they sent me 2 boxes of the entirely wrong flavours, and when confronted about it they only gave a partial refund on 1 box and have since been ignoring my emails.. they're also blocking my reviews from being posted on their website, unprofessional "company".

I ordered a while back which consisted of a 1kg Mega sour balls mix (these are unreal for super sour lovers!). I also ordered x2 bags of Funyuns crisps, x2 bags of BBQ Lays, A Hot mama pickle, fruit gushers & Souracha super sour sauce.
Everything was amazing!

The candy box that I ordered myself but the candy in the bag tasted like plastic. It had no taste, no sugar I have tasted other sweets from other countries and they are sweet!

Well, I got the candy I wanted, turns out the quality is pretty bad and they dont taste very good. Way too sugary and they dont have good texture, very artificial tasting.

This is my third order with PoppinCandy and they never fail to please! Such a great range of candy and shipping is always super quick. I love everything about this company, their social media content is awesome and I’m loving that the gang are showing their faces more now! The weekly emails have gotten so much more exciting recently, I love the pink and it feels like a comic! Keep on going!
