Poppin Candy has really gone downhill. I used to be such a big fan, but lately the quality’s just not there. The last few times I ordered, stuff was missing, some of it was nearly expired, and a few things even came damaged. The shipping is crazy expensive but I honestly didn’t mind when the stuff was good, but now it’s not worth it. And honestly, it’s not just the products, their social media has taken a nose dive too. The videos seem kind of childish now and same old, like someone else is running things. I used to actually look forward to their newsletters, but now they barely load and look like a kid threw them together. I probably won’t order again after not receiving any reply from my last email mentioning the product issues… feels like the company changed hands or something, that’s all I can put it down to

I was really looking forward to trying this candy, but unfortunately, my experience was mixed. My order took quite a while to arrive, which was already a bit frustrating. When I finally received the package, the quality of the product was disappointing. Some of the candies were stale, and others had a really unpleasant taste — not what I was expecting at all.

On the positive side, the customer service team was responsive and helpful when I thought my package was missing. They guided me through the process and reassured me until I eventually found it in my mailbox.

However, I do wish the company provided a clear list of the candy flavors and photos of what to expect in the box. It would have made the experience more enjoyable and helped avoid the surprise of unfamiliar or unappealing flavors.

In the end, I’m glad I gave them a try, but I won’t be ordering again. The quality just didn’t match the hype for me.

The customer service is great, when UPS lost my package they sent me a new one with a faster shipping completely cost free. Definitely would buy again.

Spent over £60 on a variety of pick’n’mix sweets for majority of them to be stale and taste old. Extremely disappointing as I had seen so many TikToks and great reviews of this company and was excited to try. I ordered 3 large bowls, 2 containing a mix of what I thought would be sour sweets and 1 containing gummy/non fizzy sweets. None of the ‘sour sweets’ were actually sour, but just plain fizzy sweets which I think was one of the most disappointing parts of this order. Felt like I have been completely misled by the marketing of the sweets on the website by calling them sour alongside different TikTok’s I have seen of the Poppin Candy Team and gifted creators reviewing some of these sweets. Can also clearly tell what sweets are the popular ones and which ones aren’t as with some of the more popular sweets I only received 2-4 individual kinds of each in a large bowl yet the not so popular ones that tasted the most stale and were not very nice, I seemed to have received 15-20+ individual kinds of each. Crazy difference in ratio and now means majority of the sweets I ordered will not be eaten. Only positive I can say is that the sweet bowls were well packaged and delivery was relatively quick but overall such a shame and will never order again and would advise others to not waste their money.

The popping candy has a large selection of candies from all over the world. This was my second time ordering, and this has been my largest order to date I live in the US and the candy cane just within days after ordering I did run into a small issue, but Sophie was able to help me.

Absolute SCAM!
I got 6 SINGULAR jelly fruits for €36 including shipping. Waited a week to be delivered to Ireland. There is literally a photo of a bag of jelly fruits and I got 6 singular jelly fruits. Do not buy from them!

I'm a new customer. I love that the website is so easy to navigate & is so beautiful to look at. I also love that they take into account dietary requirements (I can't tolerate gelatine, so I'm always looking for new places to shop that have ingredients listed). I think it's amazing that there is something for everyone & if something is out of stock, the website tells you so. They also offer next day shipping, either for orders over £50 or for £10. I put in two orders, so they were able to just package both orders together. Poppin Candy, I hope you don't mind that you have a new customer. I look forward to shopping with you again & if I could have given you ten stars, I would have.

I had an issue with an order going missing and emailed them, which they responded to promptly, Sophie was very helpful, friendly and polite, she’s resending my order which is great as it is for a birthday present. Wide range of sweet options. Love the ability to mix and match. Pretty quick delivery too. Got in contact about an issue (which turned out to be an issue with the Shop app) and was contacted back very quickly and they were very helpful. Have ordered from them multiple times and will undoubtedly order from them again 😆 If you're in doubt about what to try, the candy coated marshmallows are widely loved in our house!
