Ordered a "top + base". Received a top only.

Edit: they shipped me a new one after 1 hour of opening a ticket. Not that bad.

I returned product exactly as described on website to their international warehouse center at my expense. Was returned to sender with reason “wasn’t picked up”.
Now it’s also outside of time to dispute on credit card. Well played haha. Customer service is not responding.

The website glitch and don't save orders right! especially the custom made products.
Anyway after tons of attempts I managed to do the order and after the check out I found that the site didn't save any customizations! So I made a new order with only customized missing item and immediately contacted the customer support to swap it with the right ones.
I explained in super details what happened and what I expect.
I got an email that they will handle it by sending me what I don't want and they cancelled what I wanted!!!!!!
I again replied with details and asked the to recheck the email and it's very clear, they said they have to ask sales team and never heard back from them! such a horrible place to buy from.
It has been 11 days and I am writing this review. the name of the contact person is Nancy

After reading other reviews I can agreed most of them (1* reviews) Emailing with Nancy and answers start be hostile after I did not agreed to take different socket what i had and what he offered me (my socket broke after 2week normal use) so I ask is possible that I'll pay split if I find other what i want and she answered it's impossible etc and message start be hostile and after that she offers that socket what i had and I wanted... On website I did not find that what i had, only that what she offered first time etc...

I wouldn't bother ordering from here as their customer services team are in need of training, especially Nancy Cortes.

The obtuse lot at popsocket couldn't be bothered to do the fact checking of my missing order and told me to wait 48 hours. Little do they understand the incompetence of Evri couriers.

My delivery was delivered to a random address to which I have no idea. Every provided a picture of my parcel on the floor of some random garden. It doesn't look like the floor of any of my neighbours. Popsocket couldn't be bothered to check themselves of the 'proof of delivery'. When I had emailed to explain, they told me to wait as "Sometimes the carrier marks the status of an order as "delivered" before it arrives". They couldn't be bothered to get my order number and check where it was or to get in touch with Evri. Obviously I checked all of this before emailing but Nancy told me to wait.

I would avoid buying anything from here as they just don't have a clue and rip off customers by using Evri.

Finally ordered the Just Elegance Case Truffle after wanting it for so long. The case looked so aesthetically pleasing and practical, knowing they are a high quality brand I didnt mind paying over £30 for the product until… the paint work hasnt stopped chipping its spread from the volume keys to the front of the phone to the back now. So disappointed with this product, feel ripped off! Was considering buying another but this is not my fault so why should I be paying double for it to chip again. The phone case looks scruffy and embarrassing on my new iphone 13.

Delivery men from EViR was rudest person to run your day. Toxis delivery Service they absolutely awful!

I used this website to buy a few pop sockets for Xmas gifts (and one for myself!). They are expensive. BUT I do believe you get what you pay for and they are not only extremely good quality but also really pretty.

Ordered a custom made pop socket to go with my new phone case, was dispatched quickly and is absolutely perfect.

Website was extremely difficult to use and full of glitches. Had to try multiple devices and browsers before I finally got it to work (on my own). Reached out to their customer service and they told me 1. I couldn't call them because they "don't offer that service." 2. eventually, that they "couldn't help me" and that he "didn't have any trouble on his computer, he even tried to make it difficult and couldn't." Totally unprofessional, 0/5 stars for customer service. And a personal "f you" to Eduardo, the guy who told me "I can't even make it hard if I tried".

From order to delivery - 12 days for 2 custom popsockets from Netherland to Sweden. Looks great! No problem! No shipping confirmation though - only negative!

I ordered a number of pop socket items including a magnetic base for my iPhone, When I tried to remove the backing sticky paper which covers the lovely soft base the sticky base material began pealing off as well. It now leaves sticky bits on the back of my iPhone and the black sticky base is damaged. I was very careful trying to remove it, but the soft base cover began peeling off as well.

I contacted pop sockets and sent them a picture, a lovely woman called Haley immediately replied and arranged a replacement with no questions asked. Customer service was quick and second to none.

As an aside I don't think pop socket make a point of this but my old mum has bad arthritis in her hands, I ordered her a pop socket with a couple of lovely flower design tops to mach her iPhone case and its made a massive difference to how long she can hold her iPhone and talk, and the comfort level when she's on a call. Popsockets to me actually have a real medical benefit too.

I also chose to personalise two of my pop sockets and they came out absolutely amazing.

Bought my popsocket at tkmaxx. About £6
My phone has a hard glitter cover and it stuck perfectly. Been on there about 6 weeks.
Looked online to get some for family.
Found some they would like

Got one from Claires , but way more expensive- £25!!

Does not stick to the phone I bought the phone holder which arrived in an open box, both are useless and it was an expensive purchase I will try and use glue just to try and get some use of the phone holder

I just ordered the Bohemian MagSafe design for my iPhone 13 pro max last week and it just arrived. I am a bit sad because the design is faded and it looked like it was printed at the verge of ink running low. I just wish it has a more strong colour. The design is really nice and cute but the colours are not strong enough. This sad experience affects my decision in purchasing a MagSafe wallet from pop socket negatively.

I placed an order last month and I am still waiting for the delivery, whenever I ask the customer service their answer is that it’s on the way. Worst service, wouldn’t recommend.

Three times they f*ckd up my order in The Netherlands. Orders and payed with base and 3 times delivered without. Since returning them i hear nothing and waiting on my payment back. They don't respond to several emails. They don't have a customer service whatsoever. This bad, really bad. I want my money back.

Ordered to 26th May, still awaiting 24th June. Have contacted customer services twice with no reply. I would just use other companies, not worth the expense or the hassle given this seems to have happened often judging by other reviews

Ordering and delivery went well. The item is nice but when the thing is open and I’m using it it has ridges that are actually starting to dig into my fingers . I’ve started to alternate which fingers the pop socket goes between to avoid blisters forming. Not quite what I expected.

Liked the picture of me on the product .But the pop socket has never worked or supported my phone .it doesn't stick to the back
