Positive Properties Opiniones

Thank you for the excellent collaboration Akmarzhan! Professional, always punctual, reliable, hard working, confident and trustworthy! She was the only agent I came across who had maps of the areas we were interested in for better understanding of the communities, the layout and their facilities. It’s a wonderful feeling of security one has when their agent is striving for excellence in all her endeavours and Akmarzhan was for us that agent. Amazing, headache free collaboration. Thank you again!

Thanks a lot Andrew. Appreciate your efforts and support at each and every stage.

Our agent Andrew was very easy and pleasant to deal with. Whole process of buying a property was smooth, and we're very happy he found us a house we liked. We would recommend Andrew for sure.

After a long hunt for renting a house and encounters with many agents, Mohaseen made my life easy with A to Z support for moving to Pulse Dubai South. He is THE Agent. Right from my 1st contact with him through WhatsApp and, through out the leasing process, every thing went smooth and as committed - time, date , visits, documentation, contractall worked beyond expectations.Kudos to Mohaseen and Team Positive Properties. Yes truly Positive Experience with Mohaseen.Looking forward to buy a property through him very soon insha'Allah.

Excellent experience with Mr Sebin Yousuf. Very organized, on time and professional in his work - recommended!

Asif was very helpful in showing us different apartments, and was very fast in finishing our contract and always there when i call him or text him

Ashley was very engaged, knew his area and where other areas were of interest, he was able to source appropriate properties in those areas quickly as well. He understood my needs and ultimately delivered exactly what I was looking for.

I bought few apartments with one of best agent “ Mohammed Asif “ found him very diligent ,efficient and full of transparency. I highly recommend anyone to work with him or his agency, I give them 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I received great service from Palitha Gunasekara in renting our villa in Victory Heights. He kept us informed on all matters and went the exstra mile to ensure a positive outcome for both landlord and tennant. Well done Palitha!!

A senior agent jo savage together with her friends from midnight homes managed to scam us. We have an apartment in the marina.
She handed Edward Roffey from midnight homes a signed contract and then informed us he is waiting for his new cheque book ( that was 20 aug - 2 months ago )
Edward Roffey then took the signed contract to ejari and registered it with the government and had the dewa connected... he then took ejari registered contract to the management of our apartment and changed the locks.
Of course the cheques are still pending and he is behind on his rent.
The best part is that jo savage assures us and I quote “ nothing untoward is happening here “
We live out of the uae and are not able to travel to sort this problem out.
All attempts to contract Calum white the operations manger at positive properties has been futile. We leave messages for him to return our calls .. he does not!!
I would stay well clear of jo savage, positive properties and any associations with midnight homes.
Common scamsters.
We are retired and rely heavily on this rental income.
According to the HOA of our building Edward Roffey has other rentals in the same building and he is not honoring the cheques he has presented either.
He seems to believe he is above the law...
do not get involved with either positive properties and / or MIDNIGHT HOMES!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They have issued a full signed contract to a tenant and they did not get the 11 cheques. No money has been received now from the tenant who has now changed the locks!!!!!!! Think very hard before using this company. Please.

Thanks to the encouragement and guidance of Positive Properties I now own my apartment in Dubai. There were times when I thought the hassle is not worth it but Sameer and Sunil coaxed me through it and helped me jump through those hurdles easily. A big shout out going to Sunil, who guided us through all the paperwork, maintenance and move in.
Deciding on a property depending on your budget is the first step and after seeing all the apartments, townhouses and villas in Dubai, where everything had one flaw or the other (as per our conditions). There were a lot of real estate agents that we had met through this time and but these guys gave us the clarity by laying down the facts. That one day with Sunil looking at all the apartments that were in our price range helped us decide on this apartment.
So keep up the great work Positive properties. Thank you

Just bought an apartment with positive properties.Excellent team especially Sunil who was with us like family all through the process .

Truly professional and honest. Rarely to be able to deal with agents who are well aware of market and respectful to people priorities and timelines.

We dealt With Nayomi and she managed to find us exactly what we were looking for. She was really on top of things and kept me informed and updated ahead of decisions. She prepared all paper work, and continued to follow up with both parties post transaction to ensure effective closure.

Great work Nayomi, I recommend you and your company to anyone in the market to buy, sell, or rent a property.

Truly professional. Rarely to be able to deal with agents who are well aware of market and respectful to people priorities and timelines.

I dealt With Sebin and he managed to present my property for lease and kept me informed and updated ahead of decisions, represented me with tenants on a timely manner, prepared all paper work, and continued to follow up with both parties post transaction to ensure effective closure.

Very professional agency. Our agent Elena proved to be the most efficient and professional agent I have ever met. Highly recommended
