Positive Properties Opiniones

Honest and Transparent advise from the property consultants.

Good support provided for the price negotiations and all the relative documentation work.

I utilized the service for Remraam, Dubai.

I had a really great experience with positive properties during the current difficult times. Rishan was very helpful and informative as I was concerned with the restrictions and the changes at the moment and got things done in a professional and timely manner. Thanks positive properties!

Both Zoe and Rishan were a pleasure to deal with, honest and pro-active in helping us to move, especially during uncertain times.

Highly recommend these two and great ambassadors of the company.

We had an amazing experience and found a lovely flat with one of Positive Properties’ agent, Jordan. Very helpful, polite, and professional. I would definitely recommend him and Positive Properties to anyone who is looking for a new flat/ villa. Excellent in every way.

Noman was very helpful and more importantly very patient. He understood what I needed and delivered the same. Very helpful and professional. They have been in business for very long and give the best and professional services all the time.

Been a month since I moved in and the small repairs in apartment were arranged by Noman without charging anything.

Honest and professional services by them

Excellent Service and very helpful. They respond quickly and efficiently, especially Mr Nomaan.

Many thanks to Paul for helping us find a perfect home at Springs .He understands the needs of the customer and is able to give options as per the need.
The paper work and all other formalities were handled by him with ease .

Many thanks Paul :-)

I recently dealt with Sunil from positive properties. He was very professional and dealing with him was good experience. Best of luck!

Positive Properties has helped me purchase my first 3 bedroom townhouse apartment in Dubai. Specifically in Remraam. After searching and enquiring for quite sometime on my own, I was becoming a little frustrated and tired, but as soon as the agent from Positive Properties got involved, the whole process was stress free and clear. The real estate agents at Positive Properties were clear and straightforward. They explained everything to me and provided a clear vision of what would be more suitable. I can positively give the thumbs up for these people and I predict a bright future for their company.

Recovered the ball dropped by another agent
Professional and reliably

Recently rented out an apartment in Remraam and Sameer was the man, very flexible, friendly, trustworthy and professional. I had some comments which was dealt without any problem and always took immediete action. Hope for the same service going forward. Good Luck Sameer

From start of the contact to the actual fixing of the apartment, Zain has been somebody that i could count on. The follow up thereafter is pretty much unseen and highly appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Faisal Rana (Fes). I’ve lived in Dubai for 17 years and have had many dealings with real estate agents. Fes stood out from all the rest and I can honestly say that he works hard and tirelessly to find the right property. I’ll definitely be recommending him to friends.

It was a pleasant coincident that I come to know Manmeet Singh over a quick phone call, and never thought that his services will go that far. I have always felt the consulting relationship rather than an agent. Fast, responsive and providing solution for any upcoming issue.

I recently had the pleasure of working with a real estate company in Dubai when looking for my home. I used the Positive Properties Real Estate as they were local to the property I was buying. From day one, Shiran Gamage, who at the same time is the CEO of the company and his experienced team - agents Nayomi and Ranjan, were extremely responsive and had great suggestions for apartments to view based on what I was looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing, Shiran and his team were there quickly handling any issues that may have arisen.
Shiran and his team were friendly and very professional. They kept regular contact with me, which meant I did not have to chase them at all. Shiran was excellent at processing the sale. Nothing was too much trouble, great advice on other third-party services, which I used. All in all, I would highly recommend using their services to anyone.
Excellent service all round from 1st inquiry through to completion. The advice was good, the communications prompt and relevant. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!
I would definitely recommend this company and in particular, Mr. Shiran, who was always polite, courteous and understood our needs.

Palutha is a very big support to me... appreciate his communication skills and transparency he maintains with clients. He has a good subject knowledge and repo with the officers at authorities... Wishing him a good luck .

From the first call with Asif, from his voice I could tell that he was an excellent agent and he do a good job to help me find a new home. He proved me right and exceeded my expectations. He was very motivated, self initiated everything and followed up diligently at every step with me and the landlord until we moved in the house. Even when he was sick he was very professional, organized and hard working and accessible at any time of day. Thank you so much Asif.

We are since many years in touch with Samir Jamaludeen Raihana and he supported us with any request and information from payment terms and market value of objects.
For any request and need we very appreciate his teamwork and are happy to recommend him for other clients

I had a great experience with Sunil Shakeer. He was of a great help: great communicator, easily reached, easy to deal with and super friendly. But the most important thing he was a very hard worker, he knew what i wanted and he worked so hard to get me the apartment that I want within the timeline i requested for as i was in shortage of time. And i was amazed to know thay he was new to the team, as he was so helpful. If i needed any help in the future, i will definitely request his assistance and i will gladly recommend him for anyone who needs an apartment.

We have had a fantastic experience working with Jonathon! He went above and beyond in the search for the right place for us. We really appreciated that he was always on time, communicated well in writing and on the phone, and mostly importantly provided reliable information. It was a pleasure working with him, and I highly recommend him for anyone looking for an honest, diligent and professional agent.
