Positive Properties Opiniones

I have been in contact with Mr. Akif from Positive Properties.

Mr.Akif was very helpful finding the suitable villa for us, and he did a great job managing the communication between us and the owner. He was always quick to respond to any queries and kept in touch with me during the whole transaction.

Getting the paperwork ready was a smooth and transparent process and we are looking forward to the same great experience with the property handover.

Zebi was so helpful from beginning to end! He made the whole process was so easy and smooth.. it was stress free! Zebi was always on hand to answer any questions and help me out, thank you!

So cooperative employees specially Mr. Zabi Aslam, thank you so much for helping me to get the apartment i need and make all the procedures easy for me.
All the best

Farrukh Adeel was absolutely great! Our experience in finding the apartment we were needed was very easy and smooth with him. Highly recommend Positive Properties and Farrukh! Thank you.

I rented quite a few properties in Dubai over the years and always used Dubizzle, this time same platform but I got an immediate response from Abdul Majeed Bandiyod at positive Properties. I was expecting to chase the agent as you usally do and basically work to actually get the property not this time, Abdul was amazing got all the paperwork in order, helped negotiations and with in 24hours had the tenancy contract signed, he even helped me with Ejari and Dewa and honestly never had it so easy, dont know what the other agencies are doing I used before but I can truly say this was the gold standard. Thanks again Abdul.

I Would like to Thank Noman he is Amazing person, takes the extra mile to assure you got what you need and very professional

Asif was my agent and his professionalism , kind understanding, support and pleasant approach made the transaction run very smooth and flawless — generally the whole company is good and offers prompt professional services 😊

The least I can say that Farhad is excellent person. I have been dealing with Farhad for the past 3 years and I can say that he is very decent, honest, supportive, collaborative, trusted and professional person. I am really very happy dealing with Farhad and I have given all my properties to him as I can fully depend on him. He takes things very seriously and keeps following on things. He is very skillful and has excellent communications, problem solving and persuation skills. I strongly recommend dealing with Farhad.

Farhad's service was absolutely excellent. He was so patient, showing us a lot of different places to help us make up our minds. Any time I had a question he was quick to respond and sorted out any issues with ease. He guided us through the move-in process and went out of his way to make sure we were sorted. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone!

Amazing person, takes the extra mile to assure you got what you need

Manmeet was involved with our property and he managed to lease out the property during these hard times.
He is best with his proactive follow ups not only from the LL side but also equally from the Tenant side to get things done.

Keep up the good work !

Even during this difficult times and lockdown he managed to guide me and give all
Information needed for property viewing. Manmeet is hard- working person, even at 22:00 he is reachable and always tries to find a way to complete the task. He works almost 24/7 . He s willing to reach the client when needed. He provided all useful contacts- telecom numbers, ejari, movers, Maintanance.... all related to rellocation. The only complication was with Facility Managment company.

Manmeet was excellent and helped find out the perfect property that I was looking for above all he is very proactive and understand his clients needs to the best

Manmeet was excellent. Made the entire process stress free, especially under the current lockdown circumstances. He did not stop until everything was sorted and my family and I moved in comfortably.

Thanks again.

In my conquest to finding a property I had the pleasure of dealing with Rishan throughout. I can be quite fussy so I knew exactly what I was looking for & after a only short briefing with Rishan, he provided a shortlist of properties which were ready to view & matched the criteria! After only a few viewings, he found exactly what I was looking for & in a matter of days the documents were signed & I moved into the apartment - the quick turnaround was really appreciated!
A very professional, first class & pain free service from Rishan throughout & the swift turnaround with the paperwork/move-in was again appreciated - Would highly recommend Rishan & the guys Positive Properties to all.

Always an absolute pleasure to deal with & genuinely take the time to understand exactly what you need, as well as being on hand to answer any amount of questions. Would 100% recommend!

What can I say about Positive Properties, outstanding service!! Calum was so knowledgeable and thorough throughout the complete process. I couldn’t recommend him and his team enough. I will definitely continue to work with Calum in the future.

I have used Positive Properties for selling my apartment on the Palm and buying with them a Villa. Calum White was excellent as he is extremely knowledgable of the local area, has a strong understanding of the process and the laws, very good at marketing our property to potential buyers and helped me with the entire process from start to finish and was very attentive.
I would highly recommend Calum White to friends and colleagues If they are looking to buy or sell on the Palm.

Worked with Calum for many years. Sources properties to the specification I require and manages the whole process from start to finish. A real arm chair investment strategy, to which I wouldn’t change. Will continue working with this magnificent company
