Shipping was delayed and there was no…

Shipping was delayed and there was no useful information. We ended up buying another frame and then the order from poster store finally showed up. We now have an extra frame. Will not shop with poster store again.

The WORST customer service

The WORST customer service I’ve experienced from an online company. They just “lost” my order and did not do anything to solve the issue. After demanding my money back, they finally agreed verbally, but I have yet to see the money back in my account. This store is set up like a fraudulent scam. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Great quality…

The prints shipped in a protective container. The paper is thick and good quality. The print is good quality!

Quality of prints were not great

Quality of prints were not great, the colour looked as if the printer was running low on ink.
Also the prints were not rolled properly when put in the shipping tube and had creases through them all that I could not get rid of.
