Thank you for your feedback. We're disappointed to hear that the medication you chose did not work for you. Unfortunately, we cannot swap or accept returns once medication leaves the pharmacy; as is stipulated by pharmaceutical law.
We source our medicines from MHRA regulated UK pharmaceutical wholesalers. Medicines in general can have variable effects in different individuals; sometimes a higher dose or an alternative medication may be required to provide the desired effect.
