Ordered a Sonos Soundbar and Sub yesterday, this morning the Soundbar turned up on its own, so I mailed them to let them know and within minutes they informed me that the sub was on it's way later in the day and gave me tracking details. Great service! Free next day delivery and someone reaching out to help within no time is such a great way to grow your business.

I came across this company when looking for a new mini stereo system as a Christmas present for my 15 year old (she’s lucky I discovered her CD player wasn’t working when I was doing housework!) and she has a bundle of albums as presents! Trustpilot reviews were all favourable, plus they have a physical store as well as online which is reassuring. The only stock they had was the display model but they assured me it was in perfect condition, and it is! Service was excellent, they delayed shipping until the following day as I wouldn’t have been home for it to arrive as a next day delivery, and it came just after 9.30am today. I’ve unboxed it and checked it over and it’s great, she will certainly love it. Will definitely look here for electronics again.

I bought from Power Button due to the excellent TP reviews. I must say the 5 star reviews are no exaggeration. I called to check they had the Sonos speakers I was looking for in stock. Spoke to Liam who was extremely helpful and friendly stating he would keep an eye out for my order and get it sent off that day for a next day delivery. I made a bit of a hash of the on-line order and Liam called me almost immediately to double check my order. He remembered our phone call and what I said I wanted and spotted the mistake. Within an hour I received a text from DPD stating they would deliver my speakers next day, which they did. Brilliant customer service, great range of products and the best price I could see on the net. An excellent company which I highly recommend.

Never heard of Powerbutton but decided to order some speaker stands from them after reading sone Trustpilot reviews. I can only say that the service was outstanding, cheaper than Amazon, free postage and next day delivery, extremely well packed what more could I ask for. Very impressed.

I was initially unsure about buying from this site as the competitive price seemed a little too good to be true. Noticed the business has a retail store, an address and contact details which nudged the purchase decision further. Trustpilot reviews finally made me take the plunge on my first purchase. Buying a product is simple. Delivery instructions are very clear. When the item arrived it was packaged very thoughtfully / carefully. Just made another purchase and expecting delivery today. Will be my go-to retailer for competitive pricing options based on their range. Haven't experienced any issues so not tested customer service yet but don't expect any hidden problems here. Excellent value and Sonos products delivered within 24 hours

Absolutely fantastic product and service. I ordered mid-afternoon and the DPD chap delivered at 09:30 the following day. Can't fault it. Customer service is clearly high on their priority list. I just wish other companies followed the same.

Called in and the whole purchase process was handled very smoothly, and efficiently by Liam. Was let down by a “mammoth” warehouse online store. 12 working days and the TV stand was not dispatched, which let me to finding it with PowerButton/Freeman CJ.

PayPal payment request was sent shortly after confirming the product over the phone.

Friday:
10:45 - Email requesting details for invoice.
12:07 - Invoice paid (PayPal)
14:23 - DPD notification for next working day delivery (ordered on Friday)

Saturday: Next morning delivered at 11:44.

I was indeed hoping and expecting a Saturday delivery with my past experience of many parcels arriving with DPD on weekends, but having had the notification state Monday and it arriving the next morning was such a nice feeling, as we had a new TV which we couldn’t watch due to the desk layout for over 2 weeks.

All in all, I will be browsing here in the future and the very well renowned super warehouse have lost any future custom through online purchases.
