Outstanding!

My experience of companies has to be shocking or outstanding to resort to Trust Pilot but I frequently use it to check out a company before I purchase from them.

We were looking for a new Sonos system and spotted it on their website where it was cheaper than most other places. Being sceptical I used the chat function to enquire whether the items I wanted were the ones displayed on their website. The reply was immediate and confirmed that they were.
I then checked the reviews on Trustpilot and felt happy enough to proceed with an order.

We placed our order at around 4pm on Friday 26th. The website stated delivery time as 24 hours which we naturally assumed would be after the weekend. We received an e mail confirmation of our order stating as much.

First thing on Saturday 27th I received a notification that delivery would be between 8.30 and 9.30am this morning. Despite storms, with many local roads blocked, the items were delivered by 9.30am.

We are delighted with our purchase and the whole experience dealing with this company has been fantastic. The additional £150 in our pockets is the icing on the cake!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Powerbutton. I just wish other companies would follow their example.

Excellent! The TV was delivered within 24 hours of ordering with prompt updates as to progess. It was beautifully packaged and arrived safely via DPD who handled the the box so carefully. Purchased some Sonos gear from the team this weekend, it’s already been delivered and was packaged up nicely (bit of damage to external box - but assuming that was DPD - contents and branded packaging all fine). Have to agree with comments below - was semi sceptical of competitive pricing and delivery claims until checking reviews. Post purchase a couple of problems with Klarna which were resolved immediately by sales/support staff over email first thing on a Sunday which is unheard of and majorly helpful. Delivery info was prompt and accurate and both products shipped and delivered as described - all to the tune of a healthy discount and just under market RRP. Will be shopping with PowerButton again. Special thanks to Liam for his comms over the weekend - huge bonus points !

Bought this unit after trying several cheaper but hopelessly inferior mini-hifi outfits. Delivery was prompt. The only complaint is the token lengths of cable supplied to connect amp and speakers. Why skimp on this necessary accessory?
Everything else about this unit is excellent. Sound quality is really good. Aerial design is an Achilles heel of many DAB radios but the supplied wire aerial provided 8 out of 8 signal strength as a straight "T" away from windows and in the Scottish Highlands. A huge plus! A great range of input and output possibilities and all seem to work as intended. The remote handset is clear and easy to use. The screen is easy to read from across the room. What's not to like?

We needed to purchase a new TV and chose Freemans in Portishead High Street. Once lockdown was eased we went to the shop and were immediately welcomed and reassured by the Covid-19 precautions that were in place.
Unlike some of the national retailers who want to "sell" to their advantage, the staff at Freemans listened to our requirements and helped us choose in a relaxed non-pressured manner.
We chose to have the TV and sound system installed. The engineer came with all the kit to our home at the agreed time - set it all up - and then took time to explain all the features.
The whole transaction was a great shopping experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Freemans - a local shop that gives great service and value for money.
