Apologies that we could not complete your order. Our site clearly indicates whether an item is out of stock by showing a backorder sign at the top of the page. We also display a delivery schedule of at least 3-5 working days of the item is out of stock. Should it take longer for the item to arrive we do communicate the time scales involved. Powerbutton
