I don’t think I will put $1 on power play again. I love the games. Usually the withdrawal is quick. But this is the 3rd time I’m having an issue to withdrawal a larger amount. If you want to withdraw $500 it will come fast. But if it’s $3000 your waiting days. Every single day I’m contacting support asking what’s with the hold up. Their website says 0-4 hours for withdrawal yet I’m waiting several days. Every single person tells me they will contact the payment team and NOTHING gets done. They help in no way. I’m waiting 1 more day and then I’m contacting the better business bureau. How can you advertise about fast withdrawals and not actually do what you say? And then the customer service brushes you off every time you contact them. All you get is “sorry”.

I’m totally fed up. There are so many gaming websites out now. So why go through all this hassle with power play. I’ve been with them for several years and was so loyal to them. I’m supposed to be VIP, yet I’m being treated like garbage.

Someone finally explained to me that with larger winnings they need time to verify the winnings before they can process the withdrawal. I would have totally been ok with that if I was explained this the first time I contacted support. I’m hoping power play will state this on their website as well for other players that may experience the same thing. Tiffany from powerplay reached out to me and offered a sincere apology and credited me $50 to my powerplay account to make up for the experience. Thank you for your efforts Tiffany.

I would like to see more promotions and incentives for players. I really miss the free play Tuesday’s.
You need to bring in some kind of player rewards. I get bonuses from stake which keeps me going back. I haven’t played very much Yukon gold for a while but they always send me free money to play with.

What I really like is how fast the withdrawal process is and the games are just the funnest.
Unfortunately the site does not provide free spins anymore, well not as much as they used to before the site was redone. There’s more you have to spend in order to get in the top percentage to earn/win the “free spins” and that’s not always a guarantee despite how much you deposit.
Also, my most favourite game is no longer available after the website update. I miss it.

This is the worst gambling site in the world. I deposited money and won. When I tried to withdraw they asked me to verify my account and I did and they repeatedly kicked back to the withdrawal. I went into various chats to resolve the issue but they had no answers for me. I tried to withdraw the funds twenty times without success. So currently my money is just sitting in their account. I deposited via e-transfer and tried to withdraw the same way, it never worked. Don’t trust this site. They’re awful.

I'm starting to wonder if this company is a scam. It's been over a week since I verified my account and asked to withdrawl my funds. I deposited money and didn't even place a bet and used no bonuses. I just want to pull my own money back off my account and can't. I asked for help and all they said is it's being processed. I was awarded a 100% bonus based on my deposit up to $500. I deposited $250 and never received my bonus. When I asked Hayson on the live chat this is what I got told

“ I just got feedback from the team that you have been informed that this was a glitch in the system and since you are not a new player you do not qualify for this offer“

I joined this website and was able to win a little bit of money, I spoke with the customer service agent Pamela, and wasn’t provided direct answers as to why my withdrawn funds haven’t been sent to me. I've been using the website for 5 years and have enjoyed using it very much. Last year they dramatically reduced the bonuses for VIP players. I still enjoyed using the site even after this however the website is starting to have more and more errors that the team doesn't seem like wanting to fix. Positive part is the website has usually been great with customer service of the years but Robby is truly awful.
