Awful awful company. They will do everything in their power to keep your money and not pay out. Their sign up bonus is also a complete sham — if you make anything out of it, they’ll ban you instantly and it will render useless. Countless examples of people on Reddit and RFD with these cases. Truly stay away. Customer service will acknowledge to your face that you’re being screwed and simply don’t care. They also have higher VIG than other places by far, do not use.

Absolute Garbage Service, The gambling part is fine but when it got to the withdrawal, (which I still dont have yet) I have emailed and been on support chats everyday waiting for an 800$ withdrawal and I keep being told I will get an update soon and still nothing, just use a different book.

I played "ride or die" (bet everything in my account) and won three or four in a row. This got my balance up over $2000. When I went to withdraw, they had frozen my account. While I did get my money out eventually, I felt that PowerPlay's treatment of the situation was dishonest and I would recommend choosing a more reputable betting site.

I just started checking out this casino recently. And I'm terribly disappointed I had received some free spins and I couldn't find where the free spins were to be redeemed. So not only on my birthday did I not receive any birthday bonus from the casino by the time I asked support where my free spins were supposed to be played they had expired. This casino does not make it easy to find where you you get your free spins. I am terribly disappointed in this casino and I do not know if I will return.

I placed a bet 10 mins before the end of the soccer game that the match will end in a tie and won 2700$.2 hours later and there is no money in my account.They just voided and said that the bet is settled right.Customer support is very rude and disrespectful.Avoid this scam site.

Das ist eine Wucherfirma. Die verlangen 3 mal mehr als die bestellten Waren damals gekostet haben. Der richtige Betrag wurde schon zweimal und mehr bezahlt. Dieses Pack senden vortwärend weitere Mahnungen. Bereits 3 mal höher als das Produkt selber. Überlege ich mir, diese Lumpenfirma zu verzeihen!!!!

After 2 weeks of live chats I finally got my account verified. I think, your operators should give the customer the exact information that you require to prevent the frustration I had. Every time I tried to give the right information it took a day to find out that it was wrong. It was never properly explained until I had sent the wrong information dozens of times. I have wasted my time for no good reason. If you don’t want to frustrate your customers have them verify the account before they start using your services. I’m sure you will get the problem fixed if you require the verification up front.

I almost never write negative reviews but this is ridiculous. I only used this company because they were offering a 100% bonus up to 500$ so I said why not, right?
I deposited 500$ with no trouble and they matched my deposit as advertísed.
I place a 7 ufc fight parlay on Thursday and waited for the event to take place in Saturday. On Friday one of the fights was canceled, which would leave me with 6 fights right? When the UFC event began my first fight won, the second fight also won, but they instead listed this fight as canceled and NOT the fight that was actually canceled. I’m contacting support about this is a screen shot from google proving the fight took place and was a winner as well as the cancellation of the fight that was actually canceled. I got the run around for hours from 3 different agents and nobody gave me any sort of help, they would even bend the chat without fair warning, this happens 2 or 3 times as well. Eventually all of the fights were winners. I had 500$ of my own funds and I used their 500$ bonus totalling a 1000$ wager. The payout was 4450$ they gave me had in cash and half in bonus bets. In order to withdraw my cash I had to use up all the bonus bet so I forieted the bonus bets. Then the agent said “be advise” you must stake 500$ on odds 2.0 or better in order to withdraw the balance” so i had to go through all of that to withdraw the remaining 1726$ which i did receive.
This company is a joke, and damn near a scam. Please stay as far away from company’s without a big name. I spent 6-8 hours arguing with these people and they try and make everything as difficult as possible. There was one agent by the name of Connor. He was absolutely amazing and deserves a raise and he didn’t even solve my issue, but he made an effort. The rest of the agents were almost useless as they gave the same recycled answers.
If you see ads for this company go the other way. Do not use this company because the previous reviews I’ve read on here are exactly what happened to me.

I am writing to formally document my ongoing and deeply troubling experiences with Powerplay which has repeatedly failed to deliver even the most basic levels of service and professionalism. My initial experience with the website was so unsatisfactory that I posted a complaint. Following this, a representative reached out to rectify the issues, requesting that I update my complaint accordingly. Though the resolution took over a week, I did so in good faith, believing this would be a one-time issue. Unfortunately, recent events have proven otherwise.
Most recently, I encountered a serious issue regarding a promised free bet bonus that has yet to be correctly credited to my account. After spending three full days persistently following up with the customer service team, enduring repetitive, vague, and dismissive responses like “call us back tomorrow” or “email us at noon,” I was finally informed that I would receive only $5. This amount was not consistent with the terms associated with my qualifying bet. Worse, I later discovered that the $5 they claimed to have credited was actually deducted from my actual cash balance.
When I contacted customer service to address this blatant error, I was met with alarming levels of unprofessionalism. The manager I spoke to (Franklin) was condescending and dismissive, mocking my inability to “notice” the alleged addition of $5 several days prior, a claim I find dubious given the non-itemized nature of their transaction system. Furthermore, my account balance on the day of the alleged deposit was far higher than it is today, making the deduction of $5 far more noticeable.
Despite my continued efforts to resolve this issue, the manager remained unapologetic, belittling my concerns and undermining my legitimate frustrations with rude and immature remarks. This level of disrespect from a supposed “professional” is unacceptable, and it speaks to a systemic lack of customer care at Powerplay
It is now evident that these individuals lacks not only the technical infrastructure to provide clear and reliable transaction details but also a customer service team capable of assisting users without resorting to dismissive and disrespectful behavior. Their representatives seem either inadequately trained or unwilling to provide factual information, which results in endless cycles of misinformation and evasion.
Given the consistent mishandling of my account, I am left with no choice but to warn potential users against this platform. The lack of transparency, unreliable systems, and frequent instances of rudeness from staff members make Powerplay an untrustworthy and highly problematic service provider.
I urge you to take this complaint seriously. Please understand that, if this matter is not resolved promptly, I will not edit this post this time around

Horrible customer service even supervisor as well.
I have made my withdrawal and ask them help to process my payment and they said will contact the withdrawal department and so been waiting for 3 hours still not received it yet.
Sometimes some nice agents it took only a few minutes to process it but it f..ing horrible today
