THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT, THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE DELIVERY, BUT WE ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT IT WAS THE SUPPLIER’S RESPONSIBILITY. HOWEVER, AT TIME OF QUOTATION THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED THE CORRECT DELIVERY DATE, APART FROM THAT THE SERVICE WAS GOOD.

Although this item was on back order, we were informed that it was out of stock and when the item came in was shipped to ourselves.

I found the part number I required rang them to confirm the person on phone clarified the number was correct and I ordered them when they arrived I fitted them and all was fine again it saved me buying a new tool I will definitely be using them again when required excellent service. Thanks

i needed a part for a fein supercut. it could not be sourced in the UK and had to be bought from the German suppliers.
i contacted Fein and they gave me a list of suppliers, i called them all, even the germans,(but cos of brexit they could not ship it straight to me).
power tool sales were the cheapest and quickest so i went with them. it worked and i got it slightly quicker than anticipated.
Right part and machine now working great. Sales staff were excellent.
