Charge a lot of money for not doing much.
No updates were given throughout the process and all the correspondence and liaising was sorted between us and the solicitors direct.
We have paid £329 just for them to get us a mortgage rate which we could have done online ourselves.
Will not be using again and would advise to just deal with the banks direct and cut out the middle man lot cheaper option.

I would highly recommend Premier Financial Group having used PFG for many years in particular Richard Skelly who’s service is second to none always keeps me updated rings me back at the earliest opportunity if he receives a missed call of me, contacts me when my mortgage deal is soon to expire offering other alternatives always looking for the best deal. PFG have done many of my mortgages and also look after my Will. Cannot recommend them enough even my partner uses them great service thank you

Would highly recommend Premier Financial Group - we used them for mortgage and health insurance. Leah was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, keeping us informed at every step of the way and helping us through the process. One of us is on a visa which could have caused some issues but Leah found the right mortgage offers that were suitable and made the process very easy for us. Would highly recommend!
