Awesome and versatile nightlights!
I ordered 4 nightlights and they were quickly shipped and received. I am elderly and these multifunction nightlights are awesome. They cast a soft glow when lights are out. With the low light I can safely navigate when I need to get up during the night. However, the automatic brightening of the lights when I come within 10 feet of one of them is just wonderful. To round out the exceptional usefulness of these nightlights is the feature of a really bright light that kicks in when the power goes out. They shine like a high power flashlight! No groping around in the dark for the flashlight. I can even remove them from the outlet and carry it with me to safely navigate around my home and/or having to get downstairs to the basement when there are severe storms in the area. I appreciate these very much. What a wonderful product! Thank you…

The fire blanket saved the day!
I used the fire blanket on Tuesday evening , 8/11/26, when my stove exploded. It was an older stove and wiring arced and caused the explosion. I saw that a fire had started on my stove and I immediately grabbed the blanket (having never used one before) and it definitely helped contain the fire while I called 911. The Apple Valley Fire Fighters got to my home quickly, and took over. They also were extremely impressed with the effectiveness of the blanket. They said it helped prevent all my cupboards from starting on fire- and was the reason I was sleeping in my home that night. They even took it with them (with my permission) to discuss at work the next day. I immediately acquired 2 more blankets. And many neighbors and friends are now also buying one. I am extremely grateful for this product!

Great home safety blanket
I have ordered from them before; passing them out to our children to have on hand and when we ran out of our fire blankets I knew I had to reorder. These are great so easy to use and they do the job. With my recent order I included 2 small fire extinguishers . One I'll keep in my car.

It's wonderful to know the fire blankets have given you confidence, and we hope the two Hero Fire Sprays provide you with added peace of mind—keeping one in your car is a great idea
Warning…deceptive business practices.
I purchased these blankets to give to my kids so they would be prepared in an emergency fire situation. What I didn’t know is that this company deceptively signs you up for their VIP membership and charges you $29.99 a month. My husband handles the bills so I didn’t realize I have been getting charged this amount for 6 months. When I called and asked them to refund my money since I had never activated this membership they refused. I’m so mad that they added this to my account without my knowledge. Do not buy from this company.

RIP OFF
Terrible terrible terrible. Thought we were just buying some blankets for all our kids. And then ended up in a monthly subscription that was impossible to get out of or get refunded. Buy your fire blankets elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and a lot of money in the end!!!!!

Do NOT purchase these
Do NOT purchase these! 'It has been my experience' that they lead you down a rabbit hole of monthly charges that you never signed up for and then refuse to refund what they've stolen from you. Claiming you are part of a VIP for buying their fire blankets - giving you the 'privilege' of being extorted monthly by them for nothing! Steer Cleer..!

Best Customer Service
I ordered a number of products for gifts for the family. The turnaround time for processing my order was very, very quick.
Unfortunately, I failed to notice that I had signed up for the VIP membership and incurred a monthly fee which I could not afford. I contacted customer service and they were prompt with their reply and quickly resolved the issue above and beyond my expectations.
I will definitely continue to do business with Prepared Hero. Excellent customer service is rare and should always be rewarded.
