I was shocked at the expense of the product but I had to have some pens urgently. I was also surprised at the amount I was charged for carriage. I have since found an alternative for less than 10% of the price.

We was also surprised at your review as you purchased this product from our website and was aware of the costs. They are a branded product that have been made especially for the eBeam range. I have since learnt that you have purchased an unbranded pen that was not designed for eBeam, therefore it is difficult to compare costs. It is the same for printer cartridges, you can purchase a branded cartridge or a much cheaper OEM product. I will raise this with the manufacture and make them aware. Regarding carriage, it was a standard cost whether you purchased one box or 10 boxes. We are sorry if you felt that was unfair.

The lovely young woman who dealt with my enquiry was very knowledgeable about all their products. She gave great recommendations and emailed back straight away for all my in depth questions. There was a problem with the delivery courier and she sorted it out ASAP ensuring that my son received it in time for his birthday.

Great service
I have had a number of dealings with Presentation Media regarding projectors and lamps. Overall I find their customer service and efficiency to be generally excellent. This includes quick response from enquiries, updates, equipment recommendations and installations.
I have no hesitation in recommending them for any projector inquiries and/or components.
