Reliable, Prompt and Friendly
Since we started working with Presentation Media I have found that their service is very reliable. Julie is always either at the end of the phone or email able to help with problems that may arise - and at our school they do arise a lot! She is always patient and helpful. When Jon comes out to site all work carried out is to the highest standard and staff are always very pleased with the end result. Also if he is on site and we have any problems with other equipment he will always gives his time to take a look! The last job the completed for us, their quote was not the cheapest but the got the job because of their good relaible work, and we new we could trust what they did.
I would recommend them without hesitation!

Professional, speedy, informative, and good communication
Port Regis School has been using Presentation Media for Av supplies for a good few years now. Mainly data projectors and Interactive whiteboards. In all of this time Julie has provided good professional, speedy, informative help on a 121 basis. Purchasing has been made easy, and always to hand via phone or email if there is a problem.
I highly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Outstandingly good customer service
I have no reservations about recommending Presentation Media to any company.
Their service is professional and friendly and they keep you informed and engaged in conversation from the point of contact through and beyond installation so you always know where you are.
Pricing was also good, and they even re-used some of our existing equipment which saved us a few pennies.

My 'go to' company for visual and sound
Presentation Media is the first company I approach when I have any audio or visual needs.
Julie in particular always responds back in the quickest time possible and with the best suggestions and alternatives. Their prices are very competitive and their customer service and reliance is second to none.
